History
Established in 2009.
Psychological Testing Consultants (PTC) was preceded by North Worcester Psychological Consultants, P.C. (NWPC). A private group practice founded in 1997 and organized to deliver behavioral health care services. During his tenure at NWPC Dr. Andrews specialized in neuropsychological, psycho-educational, and neurodevelopmental testing of children, adolescents and young adults. He resigned from the position of Clinical Director/President of NWPC in 2009 and founded PTC. PTC is a psychological testing practice serving primarily children, adolescents and young adults. Dr. Andrews provides neuropsychological, psycho-educational, and neurodevelopmental testing services to children, adolescents, and young adults.

Dr. Andrews, has 24 years experience as a Licensed Psychologist. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, is a Registered Health Service Provider, is recognized as an expert witness in parenting and psychological evaluations by Massachusetts Juvenile Courts, and is a member of the American Psychological Association.
