The Cakery at On-A-Stick Bakery

Amazing cakes, desserts, cookies etc. Professional friendly staff! A must! They designed an amazing cake for my husbands 50^th. Picture attached.

Extremely friendly staff! Ordered Valentine’s Day goodies for my girlfriend and they had them ready to pick up within 24 hours! Chocolate covered strawberries were fresh and delicious. You can tell they truly care about what they pushing out the door!

After driving by and noticing the bakery sign we decided to check it out. Being locals we were surprised to learn that they have been open for almost a year. Our eyes were everywhere and we bought a little bit of everything. We noticed an amazing rapuzel cake behind the counter too so the next time we need a cake we know we’re to go. The treats were great for the party we were going to and everything taste really good. We will for sure be back!

I purchased a cake, cupcakes and a smash cake for my daughters 1^st birthday party. First off they delivered it right on time. Everything looked great. I had a elmo cake and other sesame street character cupcakes. Everything was delicious. I just want to say Thank you for everything. Will definitely coming back next year for her second bday.

I find there chocolate chip cookies delectable, huge, and reasonably priced. I’ve ordered a cake pop bouquet and my mother loved it! Everything is decorated so nicely and professionally and the staff is courteous and friendly.

We have been buying snacks at On-​A-​Stick since before they officially opened so when we were planning a party this summer, we knew where to go for delicious cupcakes. Our guests were absolutely thrilled by the beautiful cupcakes and how moist and delicious they tasted! Ashley goes above and beyond for her customers and we hope she has tremendous success!

I don’t even know what to say because my cupcake was so awful. I got a lemon raspberry cupcake from the fishkill festival and it was awful. The fake lemon taste will not leave my mouth. Have you ever heard of butter and cream cheese? Those are quality ingredients used when making buttercream icing. Your buttercream tastes like I’m chewing on a hunk of margarine. I can literally mold the icing in my hand. Did you just flavor Crisco? That’s what it tastes like. Good luck opening up a shop… I go to the culinary institute and this was awful. Will not be back and definitely won’t recommended. Now on my third glass of water and the fake lemon taste is still there. Yuck. Try quality and ingredients and maybe I’ll come again. On the bright side my cupcake was moist.

The artwork is nothing short of amazing. Beautiful. They are so creative in how they can make your dream of a cake come true.
OH — and its all so friggin delicious! You wouldn’t think that a cool looking sugar cookie or 4 tier fondant cake could taste remotely yummy, but they do. Moist and flavorful. All things baked here are to DIE for.
I have never been disappointed with their products look or taste.
Ashley LOVES what she does, and that love is baked and decorated into everything that comes out of her oven.
I would HIGHLY recommend this place for any baked good you’d ever need.

I’d really like to add a picture of the two beautiful cupcakes I bought but… I ATE THEM! Every bite was nothing short of a glorious gift to my taste buds. My husband and I had just left Toro next door for my birthday dinner. I noticed that a new bakery just opened. What better way to finish a birthday dinner than a real bakery cupcake?! I have been searching for a real bakery in the area. My husband and I like to order birthday cakes for our staff member’s birthdays and my family always orders cakes for birthdays. Usually, I use Adams Fairacere Farm bakery. They have fallen short the last few times I’ve ordered from them. Just so you can understand my background and where I am coming from, I am a pastry snob. I’ve worked six years for the Carnegie Deli production plant in NJ under 2^nd generation Master Pastry Chef who studied in Denmark and was the son of the original baker that brought the world the original Lindsey Deli Cheesecake in NYC. I would help taste test his creations when he was working on recipes. In short, I know quality and appreciate cakes and pastries that are made with quality real ingredients like butter. This bakery will do well as long as they keep doing what they are. The two cupcakes I ordered where chocolate cupcake with coconut buttercream icing and a yellow cake cupcake with buttercream icing. The cake was moist and the icing was rich and not overly sweet. Yum! Next time, I am ordering the bacon topped cupcake. Ms. Russell, you can expect my call for future cakes! Delish.
