Meet the Business Owner

Bill M.

Business Owner

Peak Construction’s founder, Bill Metzger, grew up in the Hudson Valley, Rhinebeck, NY, and later settled in Hopewell Junction, NY, where he currently lives with his 2 children.

Growing up, Bill enjoyed scouting and all things outdoors and you could usually find him hiking, camping or fishing. Summers were spent working construction and after high school, he worked with a large developer on a multi-family home complex and a small home builder before moving on to college. He attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration.

After a few years climbing the corporate ladder to management, Bill decided to «take a break» and go back to what he enjoyed most — working with his hands. Realizing a serious demand for competent construction firms, he realized he could fulfill that need and spend each day doing what he loved. The rest, as they say, is history.
