Tuesday Morning

I’m pretty much a cheapskate, so I am a big fan of discount stores. Tuesday Morning is in the same category as TJ Maxx, Homegoods, Big Lots, etc.
I’ve been to two Tuesday Morning locations in Indy — on 96^th Street and at Stop 11 & Madison. I wasn’t really too impressed with either one — the merchandise selection isn’t terrible, but it’s not quite as good as what I have found at the aforementioned competing stores. And, if you are going to dig through irregular and closeout specials at any store in this category, the prices should be cheap enough to justify the extra effort. My main complaint about Tuesday Morning is that the prices are just too high for what you’re getting.
Obviously there are some people in the area who are fans of Tuesday Morning, since they have several locations around the city and I never see any advertisements for the place, so somehow they are staying in business by word-​of-​mouth referrals, I would think…
