The Woodhouse Day Spa – Fishers

Spent a lovely half day here a couple weeks ago. I’ve also been in to buy gift certificates. Everyone in the spa is very helpful, friendly and professional.
I had a great signature pedicure which was so relaxing and my feet were repaired from weeks of overwork and under moisturized.
I also had the best facial, so relaxing and really helpful. The dark circles under my eyes have lightened so much since the facial don the product recommendation from the technician.
The quiet waiting room was so pretty, relaxing and welcoming, I spent a total of an hour there (got there early and planned a gap in my service, I always schedule a gap in services to relax) and I could have been there all day! It’s a lovely room.

I was referred by my boss, and I loved my experience! I want to first say, this is an expensive (and rightly so) venue, and I probably wouldn’t have gone had I not received a gift card. Your experience depends on what you choose to get, and I got a full body massage, a pedicure, and a seaweed bath. All of these combined cost around $ 250 (gratuity included).
The relaxation room that you spend time in between treatments was sooo relaxing. There are couches and recliners, nice music, a fireplace, the lighting is dim, and there are snacks and some really good cinnamon tea (I usually don’t drink tea. Something about this tea, though… it was way good.
My pedicure was a special one, I paid extra for seasonal lotions, wine and pear concoctions, etc. So my skin was extremely soft afterward. The reason I gave four stars instead of five was because they gave me my pedi before my massage, and didn’t allow any time in between for my nails to dry. So when unturned over to let her massage my back, my nails got messed up and I had to go back to get them fixed. You’d think when you’re paying over $ 200 for a massage they’d think about that kind of thing when scheduling you.
I did love my massage, and was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved the seaweed bath. Would go again.

Amazing experience. I had an amazing facial with Jenna. Can’t stay enough positive things. She gave me a wonderful hand massage as part of the facial. I don’t think my hands have ever felt so wonderful. All the staff that I interacted with were very nice. The spa itself is very peaceful. Can’t wait to book a return visit!

I have been to this spa twice. I highly recommend Candace for a facial. She’s personable and made an effort to really help me figure out how to solve my skin problems.
I also have had a mani/​pedi here and it’s just overpriced– you are paying for the pampering environment… if you just want the pretty nails go to a walkin place.
My massages were good if you’re just going for relaxation. I was disappointed in my deep tissue massage. I had Ryan and he was very nice but just didn’t go as deep as I needed even though I asked him once to go deeper. I hate to complain but I paid $ 100 for 50 min of… ummm…okay…that feels pretty good.
I will definitely go back to wood house but probably just for a facial or a Swedish massage. The ambiance is amazing and the place makes you feel glamorous.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE — do not buy the packages they sell. We gave the new owners our business and bought a spa package for 80 minute massages and they usually only have 50 minute massages available and they will NOT provide an allowance for the lost minutes «because the system won’t allow it». I’ve called and asked them questions and NEVER get a return call. Everyone is pleasant on the phone but they have HORRIBle cusomer service. I predict they too will go out of business in a few years. Obviously its leadership from the top. We also had gift certificates from the old owners that the new owners would not honor — we never received a call either. i called the new owners about it and it took them over a month to return my call and by then i was out of luck. NEVER NEVER NEVER again — DO NOT USE — Horrible customer service.

Just what the doctor ordered. I was in town for business, and had some time to kill. After unsuccessfully trying to get appointments at two other places, I was pleased to get an appointment within an hour of calling… especially on such short notice. The massage was great, and I was also pleased with the surroundings. I may not live in this area, but I’ll visit them again if possible.

Absolutely the most relaxing environment! One of the best facials I have ever had and my massage with Ryan was amazing– haven’t felt so pampered in my life! Try the cinnamon tea– delish!

Sent my wife here for her birthday, and she had a massage which was nice, not as firm as she would have liked, but it was nice, got a facial, it was awesome, Kayla was amazing. The robes are so soft and great, want to buy one!

I purchased a spa package for my wife as a surprise… and what a disappointing surprise it was. First was the facial treatment and the technician gt the chemical not in only one of my wife’s eyes but both. When my wife questioned whether her eyes should be burning, the technician stated «no» and also said not to worry because it wouldn’t cause blindness. Off to the next step, the massage. The massage was supposed to 80 minutes, but instead lasted only 50 minutes. When she asked about the time difference, the staff stated that it was scheduled wrong. Step three, the pedicure: While my wife was sitting in her robe (and nothing else) a parade of people were walking by staring at my wife. Apparently a Chamber of Commerce meeting was scheduled and a tour of the facility was being given. Another scheduling error? The last part of the package was supposed to be a manicure. Due to the fact that my wife was uncomfortable she opted to skip it and just come home. Instead of a relaxing, tension-​free day my wife was more stressed when she came home than when she left. I’ve never gotten anything like this for my wife before, but thought she needed a well-​deserved break away from our 2-​year old. Now instead of being relaxed she is upset and I feel like an ass. What a waste of $ 400! I wish I would have just gotten us a night away.

Do not waste your time or money with this spa. The manager does not know the meaning of customer service. They will not honor gift cards that existed from the old Villaggio Day Spa that they took over even though I was told that they would over the phone. They were more than willing to keep the $ 250.00 dollars of value of the gift card to pad their own pockets and could care less that they wasted someone else’s money and risked their already less than stellar reputation You would think that will the capability of a customer to write reviews online for everyone to see that they would think twice about not honoring obligations. Basically what they have done is steal $ 250.00. Well done The Woodhouse Day Spa. Looking forward to seeing you go out of business soon.

My experience with the both the old owners of Villagio and the new owners of Woodhouse were less than amazing. I got a $ 100 gift card from Villagio and had scheduled a massage. Two days before, Rochelle called to cancel saying that they were going to be remodeling and a new owner was taking over. Apparently I had a limited time to reschedule after the new owner took over, but funny I didn’t receive a phone call to let me know that. After leaving a message for the new owner to contact me, they called once while I was out of town but have yet to return any of my phone subsequent calls asking for resolution. I’ve tried to find them on the Better Business Bureau website to file a complaint, but they aren’t listed. Needless to say I’m not planning to go back or to recommend them to anyone.
