I went into this boutique today because I am looking for unique, super adorable outfits for my daughters and our upcoming family photos and boy do they have them. BUT both ladies made me feel totally embarrassed about having a budget and wanting to buy up a size if I could without the outfit appearing baggy in the photos. I didn’t think I was asking too much, after all my 2yr olds outfit,(leggings, top and skirt) came to over $ 150 before tax!!! add my 6 yr olds on top of that. I would NEVEREVER treat someone with poorer service than someone else because they are trying to be more economical. Plus my 2 year old was with me and neither woman was especially nice to her either. You run a children’s boutique, you should at least act like you like children. This isn’t a place I would shop at often but I would come back more often than I will now, had the service been less degrading. Disappointed.

My two stars isn’t because they don’t have AMAZING clothes, because they absolutely do. Their clothes are fantastic. The two stars for me comes with a mixture of ridiculously high prices and not so friendly service. The prices are a little outrageous, and maybe that’s just because I’m not some super wealthy individual. But I can’t justify spending over $ 100 on a shirt for my 2 or 6 year old nieces. Then comes the service. Everytime I come in to look around I’m faced with two scenarios: 1. They think I’m stealing and hound me like a hawk. 2. They treat me like there’s no way I could afford anything in their store, so I become leper-zoned. It really ruins the experience for me, making it difficult to ever want to actually splurge on anything they sell there.
