History

Established in 1998.

Mark Owsiejko, President, joined a large national

homebuilder immediately upon graduation from

Gannon University, and learned the business from

the ground up. He rose to a management position

with responsibility for hundreds of new homes

each year. Mark was eventually transferred to

Indianapolis to help start a new division of the

company. After working in Indianapolis Mark felt

that he could successfully start a custom home

building company, NSI Residential Properties.

Mark started NSI Residential Properties with the

belief that he could offer Indiana homebuyers the

professionalism of a large company with the

knowledge, responsiveness, and flexibility of a

local builder. NSI Residential Properties has

become one of Indiana’s most respected custom

builders.
