Mail Post Fishers

I attempted to work with them to order some advertising material for a company. I had the PDF files ready for a lady that worked at Mail Post and she claimed I didn’t have the right size for her. I believed her and went back to the designer and asked if he could send me another PDF file. He did — I gave it to the lady at Mail Post — and again, she told me it was not the right size. The sizing issue was not my problem because I understand that you need the correct dimensions in order for things to work. My problem was her attitude. She was rude to me and rude to the designer who made the ad. Even when I went to talk to this lady in person about my order — she was rude. Do you want my business or not? Apparently not.
Look what miss Sarah did — went to another print shop in Fishers. :-) (AND told them that I appreciated their service.) Mail Post — either work on your customer service or figure out another place to put this woman.

If you absolutely positively have to get it there overnight do not use these guys. I had done business here for a little over a year but the lack of attention to detail and overall misteps have made me go somewhere else. The employees could care less.
