This Reduced Fee Real Estate Services company opened in 1988 to provide real estate services with much less business overhead and a resulting reduction in fees for those services, Others have attempted to follow, most have yet to provide the level of service, some even have models that violate the lawful Indiana Real Estate Commission Rules and Regulations. The owner has been a Broker since 1973.

Business Owner

Ken started his career while attending Butler University. After several years as manager of a small financial services company, he joined Merchants Bank as their first management trainee. He soon moved into Bank Operations and managed the transition from paper to computer documents for the Bank and its’ branches in all facets of operations including checking, saving, loans and credit unions. Seeking a real estate career, he joined a growing real estate company working as a Broker, Manager and Corporate Relocation Manager. Seeking independence with a new innovative business model, he formed Ken Fisher Realtors, Reduced Fee Brokers and continues to refine the business model for the home buyer, seller, rental property owner and investor.
