The mini golf was OK and was fun to play. However, an arcade I used to like got killed by a common trait of small modern arcades: redemption games with no decent prizes. I understand businesses need to make a profit, but this is a cheap cash grab for people who simply don’t know any better. If Mini-Golf is all you want, then you might like this place. As an arcade, it degraded to one of the worst I’ve seen.

Ben & Ari’s used to be the better alternative for Chuck E Cheese ’ s but after our visit today, we left feeling a little disappointed. Half of the arcade games were out of order and Marco’s pizza moved out, leaving us with less than desireable options at Ben & Ari’s Café. We will probably give this place another try, and I hope next time all the machines will be in working order. We will definitely go elsewhere for the food though.

A small sized arcade, which is fine with me because it’s easy to keep track of my children and isn’t too overwhelming. They also have a pretty good prize selection. We come here often(especially in winter when looking to get out of the house).

What the hell happened to this place?! The miniature golf courses look terrible! They need cleaned up something fierce. While the holes were never overly challenging or uniquely interesting, they at least had bright blue water ponds, waterfalls, and rivers. They still have those things but they are now overflowing with Skittles wrappers and other trash floating in dirty brown water overgrown with weeds. Yikes. While $ 5 seems like a putt-putt bargain, I couldn’t help but feel ripped off after seeing the state of the courses. After our rousing game on the blue course, my boyfriend and I played some SkeeBall and basketball in the arcade. The arcade is decent enough with a good mix of games for big kids and little kids. Staff is friendly, arcade area is clean. Hopefully as it gets closer to summer and the busy season for miniature golf they will clean up the courses. One can dream…

I had an enjoyable time here with some friends, but I won’t be jumping to go back anytime soon. There is nothing particularly interesting or memorable about the mini golf course — no themes or fun holes that make the balls go different places, and I find it weird that there is a flag in each hole. We were afraid our balls wouldn’t go in with the flag in, so we took them out and took turns holding it while golfing. After going to Pirate’s Cove, this place seems fairly boring. However, I DID enjoy the arcade they have inside — four stars for that, so I would give Ben & Ari’s 3.5 overall. It’s not huge, but decent sized, and they have all my favorite arcade things plus the classics — Dance Dance Revolution, air hockey, skee ball, etc. An arcade loses points with me if they don’t have DDR or have an off brand, so I approve of this one. There’s also a Marco’s Pizza connected to the arcade, so you can do a pizza, arcade, and mini golfing thing all in one night.

Great place for family fun. There are two courses to choose from and the courses are actually challenging which makes mini golf much more fun. Game room is small but still enough assortment to entertain the younger crowd.

There’s not a lot of mini golf in Indy, but this is a fun place. They have 2 courses that are in good shape. Both have some challenging holes, but nothing incredibly memorable like you’d expect from a resort location. Inside they have a small arcade with a few ticket winning games to exchange for traditional cheap-o prizes sure to entertain your kids for at least 3 days. Not sure what they charge for birthday parties and how that scene is, but I know that’s an option too.
