Beauty Nails

7 days ago, paid $ 30 for gel manicure. It started to chip the following Wednesday. I went in today to ask about repairing it and Tony the tech who did the work did not apologize for the bad manicure and try to make it right, but instead he inferred somehow I caused this to happen by stating that that lots of people coming in after the holiday with chips and then he grinned about it. I requested either the repair to be made or my money back. The manger sat in her chair and did nothing. This is my first Unilocal review and it saddens me that it is negative. The customer’s experience should be the first priority. This nail salon has alot to learn about business and customer service. I will never go back. Should have waited for someone at VN Nails.

Needed a place to have my gel mani done as the last place I went did a horrible job. Tara did a fantastic job with my gel mani. She paid very special attention to the application of the gel making sure it was not too much used with the first coat as it makes the other coats look messy. The pedicure was outstanding! The foot massage was spot on. Also went ahead and had my eyebrows arched. Clean, relaxed atmosphere with a steady stream of foot traffic, which tells me they do consistently good work. I will definitely be back to have my gel mani and pedi.

I am from out of town and staying in the Marriott Residence Inn. I desperately needed a pedicure and had been trying to get an appointment at Flirt Nail Salon & Spa to no avail (they only had two nail technicians who were constantly booked when they were working).
I took a stab at checking out the nearest strip of stores and came across Beauty Nails. My wait was minimal (about the time it took to select my nail color), the staff were courteous, the price is decent ($ 27) and the interior was spotless plus I was able to stay and dry my toes for over 30 mins without feeling pressured to leave. My pedicure looks fantastic and I’m very happy with the results.
I would highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area and need to pamper yourself.

I was looking for a salon it was 7:05 pm they close at 7:30 pm the staff was friendly and nice enough to allow me to come in and have our nails not only done but to also add a design. They did a great job

Great staff, very friendly. Best pedicure foot massage ever! Will definitely return
