Went in for a plan change — they queue you up and I waited about 6 min. There was a bit of an initial confusion due to my older unlimited data plan but they figured it out with the help of the manager. ~15 min in and out after the lunch hour

We went in to upgrade my phone at this location. We were signed in as a «walk-​in» (they take appointments I guess?) and were paired up with Eric within about 5 minutes. Eric was really nice — he did a great job of listening to us and explaining how the process would work as we were only upgrading one of the 3 phones on our plan. Unfortunately, they did not have the phone I was looking for in stock, but he quickly contacted the Apple Store (Keystone) and confirmed they had it there, so off we went.
Overall, the location is clean and easy to find. Case selection was somewhat limited, but not a deal breaker. We would return in the future if we needed face-​to-​face help.
