History

Established in 1994.

AdvantaClean and its affiliates have established themselves as premier providers of essential services related to indoor air quality in the residential, commercial and governmental market segments. AdvantaClean service lines include Emergency Water Removal, Mold Remediation, Air Duct Cleaning, and Dryer Vent Cleaning.

In 2008 the AdvantaClean business model was launched nationally. AdvantaClean’s rapid growth has been amplified through the creation of an innovative, technology-​based franchise model serving local markets. This proven model reduces overhead, centralizes its ²⁴⁄₇ customer service support, and provides a high quality, customer-​focused brand presence.

AdvantaClean is headquartered in Huntersville, NC on a five-​acre industrial campus. As state-​of-​the-​art 22,000 square foot facility includes executive training facilities, a management education center, and a dedicated workshop for hands-​on technical training. AdvantaClean provides services throughout the United States.

Bill B.

Business Owner

Bill graduated from Purdue University with a BS degree in Aviation Technology, and soon after put his technical know-​how to work as a mechanical engineer. His twenty year span as an engineer includes work for both automotive and pharmaceutical firms, with much of that in the area of Environmental, Health, and Safety. In 2010 Bill had the opportunity to leverage his engnineering know-​how and environmental background, and brought the first AdvantaClean franchise to Indiana.
