McDonald’s

My husband and I really enjoyed this McDonalds. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and made sure that we got our order correct and in a timely fashion. She made sure that we had everything we needed. Yes, the place is a little difficult to find. If we had not been in that area for dinner the night before, we might have had a harder time finding it.

No I don’t want to drive back to fife to get the hamburgers you forgot! 2 burgers how hard can that be? Next time I will go to Taco Bell

Some of the worst customer service of any fast food joint! All because they are incompetent and can’t get my order right they want me to pull ahead and wait on a chicken sandwich and then when I didn’t want to the manager refused to serve me and so I refused to move until he gave me a refund! I will never be back!

2 bad scores cannot be lower than 1. apparently the short bus dumps everyone here who cannot get past third grade…

A funeral. 3 happy meals 2 girls 1 boy nuggets and yogurts. I get a sweet tea and wife unsweetened
Get to the window to pickup food
Guy hand me my large unsweetened tea and then my wife unsweetened tea. wait mine should be sweet. Guy says oh sorry I hand it back and what happen next killed it for me. He took the lid off and poured the tea back into the top of the pot (I guess it was open which is pretty gross in it self) refills my cup with sweet says thanks for coming. Duh dude the three happy meals next to you are mine. Oh yea
Feeling the need for a bag check
2 boy meals instead of 2 girl toys
No sauce for the nuggets we asked for
No applie juice boxes for the meals
Wanted yogurts got apple slices
A complete cluster. I would usually cut McDonald’s some slack after all it’s McDonald’s but this has happen at this location before so time for a review

For a McDonalds — it was OK. It is hidden away and we had a hard time finding it. We did not see a sign on the main road. It is way back by Denny’s
I had the breakfast Sausage McMuffin with egg. Why not call it a Sausage Egg McMuffin. I was surprised to get cheese with it. If they are listing the ingredients — shouldn’t it be a Sausage McMuffin with egg and cheese?
Service was efficient and friendly although the person taking our order looked a little confused. Overall what can you say — it is McDonalds — cheap food with lots of bad things at a decent price.

Do they ever get an order right?
And why are they rude when you ask for the food they charged you for but forgot to put in the bag?
Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

This McDonalds is tucked away in the back of this lot, it’s a fairly old McDonalds, probably at least 40 years old, been there as long as I can remember lol, for most part its ok, service seems slow– I pretty much just go to McDonalds now just for their breakfast as I dont care much for their burgers (There bland) or there fries.

What can I say??? Eighteen minutes to get our order and both value meal were incorrectly made. Went to this place at 5:04 pm and had to wait eighteen minutes with no explanation. I will not go back to this place. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Wow though only a minor stop some things have improved. I know they try and overall the sitting area is clean not sure on restrooms but the locals taking in free wifi were here quite not creepy like a few months back.
Now here is where things still need impovement. My coffee did not come with a stirrer so a straw had to be used. Wait for it the straws next to ketchup dispenser which has a crap load of gnats flying about. No need to make this up it will not deter me from stopping for coffee. Sometimes it is best not to know.
Funny thing is as we are leaving we observe the employee clean and wipe the area and miss the spilled ketchup and flying creatures.

I’m going to go out on a limb here and suggest that some of the workers may be marijuana users. I don’t have any evidence of that, other than that lazy demeanor and confusion about what does or does not go in happy meal boxes. But that’s fine, no worries about that really — the food was as you would expect. I like my fast food served by people who appear to be marijuana users. It’s part of the legitimate experience.
A downside for us was that it’s sort of hard to get to from the freeway. We had just sat through a big Tacoma Dome traffic jam and my kids were well past lunch screaming they wanted food and we see the Golden Arches. Then it seemed to take us another 10 minutes or so to get to the place from I-​5 North.
But hey, at least they’re not moving corporate headquarters to Canada in order to escape corporate taxes, right?

Terrible service. The manager working there seemed like she hated her job and didn’t want to work there, waited 20 minutes for just an egg mcmuffin, hash browns not to mention they forgot to give us our drinks just 3 orange juices and a mcfrappe, she forgot the 3^rd orange juice and she asked me to pull out my recipes as if I wanted to steal a medium orange juice. HA! Never going back.

Off the road McDonald’s (off Pac Hwy). Drive thru is weird and they are really slooooow here. Everything was ok (nothing great nothing bad). Works in an emergency.
