You have to be kidding me, my wife comes in to look at a polaris rzr 1000s, you show her a 1000xp, two different machines, even though you told your it was the same thing. I wish she new the name of the worthless sales men, not sure if he thinks women are stupid?, I know a female walks into my shop I assume that they know what they are talking, I know of a female that would put all your people to shame on knowledge of dirt bikes or quads. One day I hope to have a day of with my wife so I can get in there and she can point them out, so that we may have a talk on how to respect a woman, specially when it is my wife.

Do not go here!!! Took in our Yamaha wave runner because it was failing under throttle in the water. We had the carbs rebuilt last season, but were not sure why we still had an issue, so we took it here and explained the trouble. They have had my jetski since ⁵⁄₁₂. When we brought it in, we dropped it off and soon parts/​services called back stating there was no gas in the machine and the battery was dead but there was nothing notably wrong with my machine. She told us that it started up «roughly» after adding gas and a good battery and did great after running for awhile. They said starter was failing some of the time and suggested the new battery and to replace starter. Time parts and labor– a little over 550 bucks. We agreed. We wait, no call. A week later she calls and says it now need another starter part because it is not firing… another couple hundred bucks– up to over 850.00 now. We reluctantly agree and then wait… Again no call– so, last week we stop by to get an update. She tells us the parts are sitting there and they just need to get a tech «on it». I then get yet another call today/​Friday, from Bob– stating that there is something wrong with the motor internally and they need another 1.5 hours to do a «tear down» to «diagnose» the problem. Told me another 1.5 hours and another 95.00 and then once the can determine the trouble they will contact me with a quote!!! Now nearing 1,000!!! Slowly working me over for money and trapping me in a financial obligation. Much different from the first call I received, stating it was regarding a bad battery and no gas — also suggesting a starter on a machine that a that time, had started up. Now we need «another diagnosis» on a machine that won’t fire up??? Nearing 1000 dollars in Repairs, work and «service time» and yet no solution? I would have rather paid a competent shop 300.00 for a diagnosis that was correct the first time and settle up the balance to get the parts and cover labor to fix it… Instead we have gotten jerked around for nearly a grand and a still unfixed ski… INCREDIBLE! I am absolutely frustrated and disappointed. I feel like I am being taken advantage of financially. THIER Incompetence to diagnose the issue correctly the first time has costed ME money. It has taken them over two weeks to figure out NOTHING! So much for Memorial Day weekend… Bill is still going up. I think a call to BBB and the ATGs office is needed. Total rip off and lazy. Will never bring business here again and will tell everyone we know to avoid at all costs. The only way I will reverse these complaints is when they reverse THIER incompetence, insane service fees for terrible work and learn how customer service is supposed to go. Stunned! Will update with final costs and actions by this company…
Update: after arguing, we finally got our non working ski back. We paid 175 for nothing (now it doesn’t even run at all) at least we got it back with my old parts off– I wouldn’t trust them to reinstall… we will never, ever, ever refer them to one single soul. Waste of time, energy, and gained us nothing but frustration. I hope we save one person a load of time and money with writing this review. Worst company EVER!

That’s the most generic response. If I call ur care team what will you do? It took you 7 months to fix my boat! Unless u plan in giving some of my 5 grand back and a new cover, you guys are a joke. !!

I would certainly give them zero stars if I could. I called around to several different shops in the area and finally decided on Larson’s since they told me they were not overly busy and could get started on repairs very soon.
When I dropped it off I went over a list of things needing to be repaired on my sled and service rep. lead me to believe if I was to go with $ 199 «Pre-​Season Inspection» most if not all my repairs would be covered in that sum so sounded reasonable and agreed. The only thing discussed outside of that was having a decal replaced and they needed to call for pricing.
I called down the next day to see if they had pricing on the decal and said no they had been busy and not gotten in touch with vendor but was going to make contact with them right after hanging up but they had good news… They had already figured out one of the issues with electrical and they were checking on parts.
I had not heard from them for days so called to check on progress and was told they were waiting on parts. Asked about decal pricing and was told they were trying to figure out which one it was with their vendor. My sled is a 2013 Arctic Cat… we are not talking an ancient machine here. So they were supposed to call me back the next day. I never heard anything so again called back and told still waiting on sled parts and no answer on decal because they were not able to match it up but gave me a price anyway and I said that was it fine, lets do it. Again, don’t hear anything so I call again in A few days to get an update and was told they had found the decal but didn’t order because they didn’t know what color I wanted but the good news the parts were in for my sled and should be finished by the end of the next day. I asked how long it would take to get the decal and they said at least a week… At that point I said forget it… It’s been 4 weeks and I want my sled back before winters over.
They were supposed to call me when sled was done the next day, naturally never hear anything from them so I called them and left a message… Didn’t hear back. Called again the next day and they said it was done but they could not fix the electrical because they were not an Arctic Cat dealer and didn’t have the software to diagnose.
At this point I didn’t really care, just wanted my sled out of that shop. So I go down to pick it up and what seemed like a half hour to even find the service rep. while other staff walk by numerous times offering no assistance. She finally showed up and began writing up my bill which took another 20 – 30 minutes and after telling me how much of a break they were giving me she hands me a bill for $ 650. I honestly didn’t even have the energy to argue at this point.
I will try to keep this part brief but they charged me 1 hr to install a battery which they had to replace in the parking lot again because it was dead and that took them 15 min. They charged another hour to install 3 fasteners for the side panels which they would have had to install anyway when performing pre-​season inspection, keep in mind all these little things were supposed to be included with inspection fee.
So for $ 650 I really came out with a new battery. A few fasteners and a sled that still didn’t function and here we are in prime snowmobiling season.
The diode that they replaced blew again immediately after dropping sled off at another shop so that was 4 weeks well worth the wait.
The shop I took it to sympathized with my story and began working on it while I was there and within one hour, one guy had it tore down, all the electrical connections cleaned, greased, and reinstalled (ground looked very poor and was surprised a shop like Larson’s wouldn’t check those first when dealing with electrical issue) and found the problem to be a burned up ECU. This shop is not an Arctic Cat dealer either… Wonder how in the world they found the problem without software!
Sled functions now flawlessly! And only took one week!
Sorry for the long review, I have never been so inclined to write one before but I have never had such poor service with such an arrogant attitude before. And believe it or not these are just the highlights… I could go on but sure I have lost most of you already.
It’s odd their websites suggest they pride themselves on their service and most of their business comes from word of mouth… Pretty funny!
Needless to say I would pay double before spending another dime at Larson’s and wouldn’t even refer my worst enemy.

Last summer, I took my nearly-​new Can-​Am Spyder in to have its break-​in service done. They said it would take about a week, after which they called and said it was ready. No problem, I got there and the service person said I’ll go out and get it. I waited, and waited, and waited some more. Finally they brought the trike out still wet from being freshly washed… Hmmm. an hour to wash it? Could it be that they also did the «service» in that time? I guess I will never know, because after paying $ 600 for the service and a month later, I got underneath the trike to do an inspection and what do I see but a big hole exposing the wiring harness and a fractured bottom cover. Nice. So I decided to do an oil change myself. Now it gets interesting, because when I drained the oil it was only a couple hundred miles past the previous «oil change» but the oil I drained was dirty as hell.
I’m left with three conclusions. They either never did the service and only dropped the access cover to inspect it, damaging the cover in the process, or they changed the oil but not the filter and did a lousy job to boot, or I just paid $ 600 for an impromptu trike wash and a broken access cover.
I’ll never be able to prove that they didn’t do the work I paid for, but I wouldn’t let them fix a kiddie wagon from here on, nor will i let any other dealership touch my trike. I’ll do all the maintenance myself.
Oh​.as a side note, I finally took the trike back in yesterday to see what they could do about the hole in the bottom, and the high-​school girl who waited on me told me it would cost $ 43 to get under it and look at it, more if they had to do repairs. This was the last straw, and why I have gotten around to writing this review.

Wow, the entire staff here is super friendly. Bob, our salesman was easy to deal with and there was no pressure. We got a great deal. I would recommend Larson’s without any reservations.

Larson power sports is the worst place to buy anything it is a ghost town no one around to help and don’t even try calling your on hold for 10 plus minutes they are not up front about prices and yes you may see a great price on a snowmobile, boat or what other stuff they have there that is because they can’t sell anything during the season for that item because sales and service department is the worst so they have to hold items so long only thing they can do is give it away and even at a give away price I would not go here service does not know there job and doesn’t set up sleds or bikes correctly so good price and problems from there on out you buy toys to play not to work on. Service manger has no clue can’t remember when or if you called. I had a service done there a estimate for Repaire didn’t tell me that there would be a charge for a estimate and when I went to pick up said I owed them over $ 300 for it that some words I told him standard by other shops would be free or $ 75 he said fine pay $ 75 and then when I showed up it was $ 170 I would never have this shop work on anything not even a lawnmower I have had friends go here and have had nothing but problems and had to take there stuff to inert shop but I thought they where close and it was a estimate I asked one of the sales guy some question on some toys he had no clue just made stuff up to make a sale and at 1 point had to look it up online and told me to go look at it on line I drive all the way to Idaho to buy my stuff and I see why now it is because of shops like this save your time and money don’t shop here or even call this place and if you do good luck and I told you so then you can write a review just like I did.

Very Disappointed.
My wife and I have been planning on purchasing our first boat before next spring. After getting my boat certification I thought I’d stop by our closest boat dealership, Larson. I admit the two times visiting, I spent time with Joel and Shawn. They were very courteous and spent quite a bit of time with me going over boats, and things to consider. I’d give both a 5 star rating if I could.
Unfortunately, when it came time to consider purchasing a boat the finance department really disappointed me. After spending time with him on the phone and going over our finances, he assured us he could get us what we wanted. Two weeks later, no response. Several messages left with Larson’s phone system with no follow-​up. Finally got on the phone with the sales department who put me in touch with Finance. Got a run around and promise to get back to me «in about 3 days with an answer». Three weeks later, and an e-​mail message and no response. I’m done!
I was really hoping to do business with this dealership, but after the negative experience, our business is going elsewhere. We just located our first boat at another dealership, obtained our own financing and will be picking it up this week. Sorry Larson, I hated looking elsewhere but being ignored isn’t a way to do business. Time to re-​group. Maybe one day, I’ll be back.

After several negative experiences with Larson Automotive Group (service at Larson Audi, Purchase at Larson Mini and an attempt at purchase at Larson Power Boats), I was very reluctant to buy a motorcycle there. But it was a really good deal and we decided to give them another chance. Bob, the sales guy, was great and worked hard to make things happen smoothly and efficiently. Anthony, the business manager, addressed our concerns regarding financing and rushed all the paperwork to get us out in a timely manner. We appreciate them taking us seriously and treating us well. Will definitely consider shopping there in the future.

My husband and I went to go purchase a seadoo a few months back. We walked all around the property for about 20 minutes before anyone even asked if we needed help. The salesman, right away just wrote us off, maybe cause we are young, but we had the money ready to go. He wouldn’t even talk to us. We had to pry answers out of him. He probably only talked to us for 5 minutes before he left us standing there. He was super rude and condescending. I will never bring my business here and has left a sour taste in my mouth for all Larsen dealerships.

Called on a snowmobile that was listed on the website for 8590. Asked for a out the door price, they told me set up and freight was 1000 dollars. i have bought 5 new sleds in my life paying a max of 300 for set up and freight. Salesmen are terrible and place is a scam, take you money elsewhere.

Called yesterday on a bike. Did the car fax which cost me $ 40 and filled out a credit app. No call back and they sold the bike without letting me know. So now I have a ding on my credit report and I’m out money. Do not use this place to buy anything, they are very unprofessional and I will make sure to write the bbb about this.

I called on an ad this business had for a power boat cruiser. I went to the dealership and met with Bob the sales person I taked to on the phone. The boat I called on did not have low hours as stated in the ad, it had a rebuilt motor and more than 1,000 hours on the boat which had been a rental.
I then asked to see a boat at twice the price which I did like. Bob told me that the gel coat scratch damage on both sides could be fixed with a few hours labor at $ 100 per hour. I told the salesman Bob that I would check the book value and get back to him. I later called and emailed an offer based on the nada book value. The dealership counter offered at $ 2k above the book value and said they would repair the damaged gel coat in two places and detail the boat as it was dirty when I viewed it.
After further atempted negotiations and time to consider, I acepted the offer. I agreed to take the boat at $ 52,000 with the dealer fixing the gel coat and detail. The salesman Bob replied by email and text many times promptly. Then promised to reply within 30 minutes, which turned into 6 hours. The responses continued to drop off and become distant afer I asked for the purchase order so I could sign it and bring in a cashiers check for the purchase price.
I asked Bob the salesman what the hold up was and he said give me an hour. He then emailed me that the GM of the dealership did not want to honor the offer given to me because the repairs were more expensive than expected.
I cannot do business with companies that do not honor thier proposal to a customer. Sadly, I cannot recommend this dealership.

We took our SeaDoo in to be fixed the 3^rd week of June, anticipating taking it in our boat trip the end of July. They said it would be fixed by July 3^rd. After repeated misdiagnosis and replacing parts that did not fix the problem (battery and starter motor) we finally got our SeaDoo back September 14 in parts, which were thrown randomly in the motor well, and the outside was filthy, still not fixed! We told them repeatedly that we wanted the battery and starter motor back so we could have them tested to see if they were really bad (we suspected that they were still good because replacing them did not fix the problem, for example the battery that they replaced was only 11 months old). Well of course when we picked up our still broken SeaDoo, we were told that the old parts were thrown away. I will never use or recommend their service department.

They promised to repair my seadoos in 2 weeks. It has been 2 months and we missed our family’s summer vacation. They promised they would have them back and we are still waiting. They wasted my tabs, insurance and a $ 2,000 family vacation to go jet skiing.
The service department needs to be honest and on-​time with their promises. It was weekly let downs all summer long.
