Deborah R.
Business Owner
Prior to entering the field of dog training, Deborah Rosen spent 20 years in the corporate world of Human Resources, teaching and educating people. With a B.A. in Education and an M.S. in HR Management, she gained the tools for communicating effectively with people. She honed that tool-kit during 15 years in the corporate sector at Levi Strauss & Co., and at Weyerhauser Corporation. There Deborah learned how to be successful in business, and she developed solid values of community stewardship that she lives by today in her work and in life. As Deborah says:
«My corporate experience taught me the importance of contributing to your community, how to communicate effectively and to treat people with kindness and respect.»
When a corporate downsizing presented Deborah with an opportunity to transition out of corporate life and into a new field as a dog trainer and business owner, she grabbed it and never turned back! Now, more than a decade later, Deborah is still training people and dogs
