United Commercial Mortgage, Inc., was established as a corporation in the State of Missouri. We conduct busliness nationwide, we are a correspondent and have relationships with pension funds, insurance companies, private investors, institutional lenders, banks and various funds. We are a privately held mortgage company and can make decisions quickly, we also underwrite our own deals. Our specialty is that we think out of the box to get deals done.
