We Toss’em, They’re Awesome! As you can tell by the name, we specialize in pizza. Don’t be mistaken, we also have sub sandwiches, calzones, pastas, salads and appetizers. But our pizza is second to none, with real, freshly grated mozzarella cheese, always the freshest ingredients, and our signature hand tossed dough. History

Established in 1985.

The first Pizza Factory opened its doors in 1985 in Oakhurst, California (near the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park). Because of Pizza Factory’s reputation for quality pizzas, simplicity of concept and median cost of operation, several more Pizza Factories were added, and the business was franchised in 1985. Today there are over 100 restaurants in five western states.

We have lived in the Fernley area for over 14 years. We are very involved in our community in many ways. Mark has been involved in the Medical and Fire aspect of the community and Kathy has her own non-​profit for Car Seat Installation and Training for Children. We are new business owners and are excited to be an even bigger part of our community through the Pizza Factory.

I loved this place. My son loved watching the girl flip the pizzas. And I love the food. I’m from NY so I think out of all the crapy pizza places here this one is the best. I expect a lot from my pizza and I like it a certain way. I love my pizzas thin and crisp on the bottom and a ton of toppings. And this falls close to it. The only problem I had here was when I used the bathroom. The light doesn’t work so I had to use my phone light to see anything.

I bought a groupon for $ 40 worth of pizza for $ 22. I use groupon often and I never have to print anything out. They will NOT take your groupon unless you print it on regular paper. I ordered an xl pizza bread sticks and a large order of wings. Since I spent my money on the groupon I didn’t end up getting the food since they wouldn’t honor it. Its sad to say that businesses are looking to fail for not being courteous and being able to scan something or even offer a printer. Customer service is failing at this place.

Traveling through, stopped here cuz I love me some pizza. I was delighted to see establishment offered $ 2 off Lrg pizza with Unilocal.They only let you use 1 coupon at a time — so I couldn’t use the Unilocal free breadsticks. Anyway, I ordered Fernley Special. Pizza had decent amount of toppings, all good. Price was $ 23.55! Included the $ 2 off! Kinda expensive I thought. If you feel the same way — be prepared to drop some money out for your bill. Other than that, good pizza, service was very nice & gave me extra marinara sauce, no charge.

My issue with this place is MISCOMMUNICATION! The first time we were there, we we told we could get salad/​pizza to go. Our second visit was SO much different, a woman who affirmed she was the manager, stated that the food was NOT to be taken out of the establishment! Being from California, not ONE pizza restaurant had a clause like this! And
to add to our frustration, she was quite RUDE! We will NEVER eat here again!

We ordered delivery, two Italian sub’s, their menu said heated on request when it arrive the sub’s where heated so I called and ask if they could send two new sandwiches. Was bombarded with questions about what menu I ordered off of «if in restaurants or online» I didn’t see the difference it’s their restaurant and their the people who put the information out there. Just fix the problem and let it go.

For a pizza joint in a city in the middle of no where, this place is great. All things must be judged from a proper point of reference, and this pizza spot is in Fernley, NV. If you are in Fernley and thinking you should be eating San Francisco level pizza, you are nuts. But this place is really great for a clutch place in the middle of no where.
We ordered a ham, sausage and pineapple, and took it back to our hotel. The ingredients were fresh, and the dough is hand thrown right there when you order. The sauce is great; nothing amazing, but good pizza sauce. We also got a salad from their salad bar and all the vegies were really fresh.

Okay, I’ll let you know up front, this is not your ordinary frozen dough pizza. They make their dough fresh in house, and toss it out. The choices are simple, and all of them good. My favorite by far is the bbq chicken pizza. I mean, hello beautiful! Their pizza is a little bit greasy, but not overly so. If you want something more than a lame $ 5 pizza, this is the place.

Went to this FERNLEY Pizza Factory last night and was not impressed. What appeared to be the manager had his kids camping out with blankets and pillows set up under a booth table. Then a small toddler belonging to the same person was allowed to run all over the dining area and kitchen area.
Then the teens helping make pizzas are playing on their smart phones in between touching food that’s being served.
Is this normal for this place? And perhaps this is why I woke up today extremely sick
FYI the DAYTON Pizza Factory is always amazing…

Used to be a regular customer. Food was usually a notch above other Fernley pizza offerings. Then we ordered our usual, a pizza with ½ combination and ½ Hawaiian. They wanted to charge us $ 43 for it. We cancelled the order and assumed the person working was clueless. The next time we called we got the same answer. I talked to the manager and was told the pricing policy was changed for split pizzas and they had to charge each item individually as opposed to simply charging for the more expensive ½. Sorry, we will never be back.

The staff, although quite young, is always friendly. My kids love this place, mainly for the arcade games, but also for the pizza.
The breadsticks are delicious; soft and garlicky. The marinara dipping sauce is also delicious! The pizza is hand-​tossed, fresh-​tasting, and consistently good.
I have tried every place in town and this is my family’s favorite!

Nastiest place ever! Visiting from out of town and will never recommend this place to anyone. My chicken Alfredo was so gross and under cooked I had to send it back, and all the manager did was tell me she thought it was nasty as well. Paid for nothing, and got no refund, wasn’t offered anything else or anything. So disappointed. Don’t waste your time or money! And please fire your manager for being so rude!

I agree that it is hit or miss with this place. Last time we were here it was great, this time not so much. The breadsticks are a joke and have no flavor. The toppings on the pizza are slim if any. I guess the new owner is trying to save money. I miss the old owners, they seemed to be more small business and not out just to make a profit off nothing.

It’s hit or miss with this place. I have tried it several times (4) on different days, nights to see if I get different pizzas. This last time proved to me that this place has a serious problem with the employees. They don’t know the menu, I asked different questions of the different pizzas and he had to yell to someone to ask. I guess he’s new? I am going to address this last visit (8÷2÷2013) Ordered the Fernley Special, very little mushrooms, and half of the pizza was covered in little cubes of ham. Didn’t order it this way, there was no bacon on it either. I like to support the local businesses in town however, after giving Pizza Factory a few tries, I’m not going to anymore. Very disappointed.

100% fresh ingredients, home made pizza dough, excellent place to take your kids or large groups. They have board games and a fireplace! Bottled specialty beers and beer on tap, I love this place. The pizza is so fresh and the salad bar… best in town. Delivery is very fast and the employees are fun and friendly. Reminds me of Shaky’s in Reno from years gone by.
I love that they brought in a second big screen TV for Super bowl!

The pizza here is incredible, and if you are a lover of Ranch, you will not be disappointed. This pizza is cooked to perfection as it has been created in a perfect balance sauce, cheese, and toppings; whereas most other places use one or the other in disastrous excess. The pepperoni can be a bit greasy, but what pizza isn’t; I find this to be a testament to the balanced act Pizza Factory has going on in their creation. In my experience, most mainstreamed pizza dealers (Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Roundtable) charge far to much for their inferior product, Pizza Factory always has awesome specials going on, and if not their pizza is never really priced too high. If your in the mood for pizza, and in the Fernley area, try Pizza Factory and you won’t be disappointed.

I love pizza factory! My hubby gets turned off every other pizza though. He says it’s too greasy. Of course it is, you ordered a pepperoni and sausage silly! I love their sauce, and their crust. I often find it is the perfect hangover delivery. Especially on NFL Sundays ;) Try the GINORMOUS party size next time you dine in. Quite a deal for a family!
