Specialties
We offer the largest Pi’s and slices on Amelia Island. Our Pi’s are 20 inches in diameter and slices are the equivalent of an 8 inch pizza. Our pizza dough is made with King Arthur flour (non-GMO, never bleached, never bromated) fresh, every morning and risen for 24 hours to ensure a quality product. Our pizza sauce is blended with robust Califonia Roma tomato and fresh herbs. We only use whole milk mozzarella cheese that is shredded daily.
We offer an eclectic selection of gourmet Pi’s along with the usual standbys of yore.
History
Established in 2014.
A new chapter of our life started officially on October 28th, 2014 when we open the door and welcomed new customers to «Pi Infinite Combinations». Since then we have built a community of local support as well as visitors from out of town.
Meet the Business Owner
Billy and Eva H.
Business Owner
We are a husband & wife team, married for 12 years. We met (surprise!!) … in the Verandah kitchen at the Amelia Island Plantation. Combined we have 35 years’ experience in the food & beverage industry.
Billy, the Chef, was trained in his early years by French Chefs such as Jeane Pierre Fournhil, Jackie Burret, and Hubert Sandot. He continued his carrier through fine dining restaurants on and off the Island and New Orleans.
Eva, the manager, and the smiling face behind the counter has a background in accounting, banquet and restaurant management, also twice nominated for the Rose award for outstanding service in the hospitality industry.
