You can look them up on the BBB webpage but the only people who list there are angry people with negative comments… which is why i like Unilocal.
Norms is a nice local privately owned family auto shop. they take pride in their work and it shows. i have had a vehicle there on two different occasions and have not been disappointed. sometimes there are hiccups in a repair job and, as they are human, they make mistakes every now and again. but, the customer service compensates for any drawback you may experience. they’ve only been open a little over a year so there is bound to be some growing pains but i recommend them highly. good down to earth people.
they don’t try to screw you over like the big chain stores. they fix only what is needed to be fixed. that is what i really like! if they find other problems they let you know but they are not about the «plus-​sell».
