The Home Depot

The store has a great selection and usually the staff are very helpful, however, the last time I was in I asked for help in the lighting department and the staff member (who was very friendly) gave me a lot of info, but couldn’t answer my question and so she went to get the manager of that department, and the manager seemed irritated at having to help me and she wouldn’t give me the time of day. But aside from this, the Home Depot has always been pleasant.

Mike haycock is the worst store manager I’ve ever met. After spending over $ 6,000 here in pressure washers for my company, he refused to return a defected one that we had only Owned for two weeks. He was not only incredibly rude to me but also to his employee. Oh yea, did I say when his associate called him for help he told her to just figure it out and do it herself? She then told me Id have to go find him so he could help. I walked back to the lumber area where she told me he was and told him I needed his assistance at the front desk. He instantly became a jerk. After he left his associate said «he always treats everyone likes this » I’ll literally never spend another penny here

Was having some serioz issues with some home improvement that needed to be done and up popped a light bulb ‘Go to The Home Depot’ — am I brainwashed?
I listened to this little voice in my head and the results were spot on. I would reduce a couple of stars for some of the weird looks I got from some of the weird staff that made no effort to help me but they get the 5-​star treatment thanks to the ever-​so-​helpful gentleman that walked me through my problem, gave me some great advice and helped me find the products I needed to get the job done right and at the best price. He genuinely cared about my issue and was honestly concerned about me getting it fixed right away. He even cussed at me.
I’m glad I listened, next time some voice in my head is telling me to do something —
I will obey

One of the better Home Depot stores I’ve been to. The staff is always really friendly. Also, this location has a better store appearance than some older locations.
It’s a Home Depot. What else is there to say?
