I needed one month of light treament for medicinal purposes. Bought one month service and paid cash. The store manager, Kxxxx, refused to give me a receipt saying it was their policy that they issue no receipts for cash payment. My concern: what happens should the computer go out if I have no card or receipt to show payment? When I asked her to pass on my contact info to her manager, she repeatedly interrupted and became belligerent.
When going to Columbia MO for 5 days, Pacific Beach store in Columbia said I could do a light treatment there but once again the same local store manager refused to give me a pass.
I asked to speak to whomever she reports to and she refused to either contact that manager or have that manager call me.
Incredibly poor management and an insulting and interrupting store manager made this a horrible experience.
Take your business elsewhere; it cannot be worse than Pacific Beach Tan. Liz, their Ex VP, refused to allow me to complete the service elsewhere and refused to give me a refund.

Fast and friendly service :) The gals in the front are not stuck up at all! Prices are slightly lower than their competitors, but they do offer specials so make sure you log onto their website for coupons. They offer different tanning beds (Turbo, Performance, Competition) as well as UV free tanning (Mystic). However, I suggest buying your own bronzer from a drug store… they’re a bit steep here.
Whenever I have a special event to go to, I get what’s called the «California Cocktail» which entails a Mystic tan then a hop in the bed for a few minutes. I look like I just got back from an awesome vacation!
