Found the shoe I needed right away.
The 360 degree view of the shoe was great and accurate. Once I clicked to buy I was able to see more views of the shoe that I wanted in the color I had chosen.
On the check out screen the current 10% off offer was clearly visible.
I’m excited about the free shipping — tax sucks, but oh well.
I had a question about returns, so I placed a quick call to their help center, where Emily answered all my questions about the shoe, the fit, the brand, the sizing diff w/​other brands, the pricing and returns.
Had an excellent buying experience shopping through NB Express, and now I’m looking forward to getting my new sneaks and lacing up.
