I wouldn’t recommend this place for long term people that are in and out full time, meaning they leave for work to another location then return. This is the second park I’ve been to that has placed someone in my spot after I paid for the spot to ensure it stays empty while I’m gone. The park has at least three people who gossip about everyone in the park. And they are not nice things about people. One of the dryers is broken and the park has no intentions of repairing it or replacing it. The streets are full of potholes.

Stay away from this park for short-​term stays! I made a reservation months ago, confirmed it the day before, but still no spot was reserved for us. There was no explanation and no staff person to speak to. We found out from residents that the park was full. We really had to scramble to find a site on a Friday evening for a 40 foot fifth wheel. I’ve made 2 dozen reservations for our cross-​country round trip, and this is the first time that we had an issue with a reservation. Shame on them!
