We had a great experience at this Chili’s last weekend. The wait to be seated went quickly and our waiter was attentive. The food came out fast and hot, stated delicious, and I would give my rating five starts except that there was a long delay for the margarita that I ordered.

This is the best location of chills in St. Louis. If you can sit in the bar area booths. You will have visuals to better television and service. The staff is amazing especially if you have jelly to wait on you. As long as your clear with what you want they will treat you well. They are awesome. Chips and salsa !!!

A little too cold in here. Wait wasn’t too bad. Waitress gave my kids the wrong drinks but realized it and corrected the issue. Dishes seemed presented/made different than how I’ve seen them in other states. Located in a good spot.

I haven’t been to Chili’s in several years. My last visit, which was at a different location during my pre-Yelp years, left much to be desired. I remember my dessert coming out frozen solid to the point you couldn’t even stick a fork in it. When I mentioned it to the waitress, her response was«Oh, sorry. I guess they didn’t nuke it long enough.» So as you can imagine, I’ve been in no rush to go back for average«nuked» food. Fast forward to tonight. My husband and I were having dinner with another couple and Gravois Bluffs is a great meeting point for us. The other female in the group mentioned an offer she heard about for Chili’s: a meal for two that includes two margaritas, an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert to share for $ 35. My husband and I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to finally give Chili’s another shot. Both of us couples did the $ 35 deal. All chose the traditional margarita over the watermelon. The drinks were plentiful, as you’re given the entire shaker to keep your glass full. That’s my kind of margarita! For the apps, my husband and I tried the loaded fries with cheese, bacon, and ranch dipping sauce. Our fries were supa dupa cheesy(just the way I like ‘em) and they were served in a small skillet that was the perfect size for two. Our friends went with a heaping basket of chips and salsa. I do enjoy their chips… they are very thin, light, and crispy. We all chose something different for our entrees, which included chicken and bacon quesadillas, mango tilapia, a half rack of traditional ribs, and half rack of ribs with Dr. Pepper infused sauce. There were no complaints about any of our meals, and the portions were all large enough that not one of us cleaned our plate. We all knew dessert was still coming. :) Speaking of which, the dessert was my favorite part. My husband and I ordered the warm chocolate chip cookie a la mode and our friends chose strawberry cheesecake. Their cake looked good, but ours looked better. It was loaded with tons of melty chocolate chips. After my experience tonight, I’d be willing to give Chili’s yet another shot and not wait several years to do so. The food and drinks were decent, and our meal was a great value. Sometimes, that’s all a girl needs… decency and value. Oh, and a warm chocolate chip cookie.

Another Chilis, another decent meal. I like some Chilis in the area a bit more, as they seem to pay closer attention to customer requests – e.g. «Can I get a refill?” – but this one was satisfactory. Still, when an error was made such as putting a lemon on the glass when no lemon was specifically requested the server was apologetic. I really could’ve used that refill though. The food came out at an okay pace, but took a tad longer than I expected considering it was a less-busy time, and tasted as you would expect. I had a turkey burger with cheese and some bacon, and got a side of the new jalapeño corn bread which was nice even if I thought it might be spicier than it was as opposed to the sweet taste I got. On the plus side they let me get club soda and didn’t charge me – treating it as if it were water – so that was nice and appreciated. The so-so service aside it was a nice meal, although if you have another Chilis nearby you may prefer that one for a slightly more attentive wait-staff.

This is the go to restaurant for my husband and myself. It’s affordable and the food is always good. The drinks from the bar are always good too. We love the skillet queso as an appatizer. The service is always good too! I’ve never had a bad experience here and even downloaded the to go app because we love it so much! Also, the table top games will keep you and everyone at your table entertained.

Our evening started out with a booth that was lopsided(super tight on one side and overly roomy on the other side) and the cushions on both sides were falling off and awkward. We were going to ask to move but the only available tables were saw were two tops and those are just too small for the amount of food we like! Our server brought our drinks out right away and then disappeared for at least 10 minutes. Finally we ordered our food, we went with the 2 for 20, Texas Cheese Fries for our appetizer, I ordered Chicken Fajitas, my boyfriend ordered the Half Rack of Baby Back Ribs w/a side of rice. Had to wait quite a bit for our refills, call me cheap but if I’m going to pay almost 3 bucks for a soda I’m going to drink as much as I can! Appetizer comes out and we realize we have no silverware and can’t seem to flag anyone down. After about 5 minutes we finally get someone to get us silverware. The food comes out and we are giving each others order, not too big a deal but there were only two of us. The food was… okay. Nothing special, but not horrid. Overall I just felt like we were seated and forgotten.

Last night, my friend and I went there for dinner(around 6pm on Tuesday night) and it was not that busy at all. Our food were hot and good! Keep it up with food cooked to just right and selection of food! The only downside about this place is service — waiter/workers really need improvements just like what other reviewers said. Our waiter was nice but kept forgetting to refill our drinks and it took him 20 minutes with our empty cups just to fill it up with water(really??? It’s just water, you could have easily filled them up with a large pitcher of water in 15 seconds). It was NOT busy, there were many employees standing around chatting away with customers or with other co-workers. They really need to focus on improving their service.

I’ve been to Chili’s in CA but am in STL for a visit. Met up with a friend at this place. I’ve ordered the triple dipper appetizers and chicken enchiladas since I always enjoyed Mexican food regardless if it’s authentic or not. Let’s say the food was on the disappointing side… too dry to finish my dish. The appetizers weren’t too bad… the spinach and artichoke dip was good, boneless buffalo wings were a little dry, and southwestern eggrolls were the best of the bunch. My friend had fajita bowl which she enjoyed. She was lucky than me. However, the service was excellent so that upped a star from me to 3 stars instead of 2 stars. Would I come back again? Probably not but I will still go to Chili’s in CA or elsewhere.

This is my first visit to Chili’s in years. I was quite surprised about the food quality at this particular location in Fenton. The table I was sitting at had ordered the«table-side guacamole». The server came out with all of the fresh ingredients and made it for you next to the table … very fresh. It was quite delicious! After seeing a friend order the blueberry pineapple margarita, I indulged and ordered one as well! It was very tasty without being overly sweet. For dinner I ordered the chipotle flat bread. It was huge! I only ate half. But it was quite good. I had wished the flatbread was just a little thinner and crisper. We each asked for separate bills at our large table which I thought would be a problem. But it was not. They now have a kiosk, or a few kiosks, at each table where you can pay your bill and possibly even order your food. There is even a nutrition section where you can view the options for people with specific allergies or dietary needs. The only bad thing about the kiosks is the advertisements… /electronic light it put on the tables is a bit distracting. Being an old-school«give your credit card to the server» kind of gal, I was a bit confused on how to work the kiosk. Once I got it, it was quite easy and pain-free. It even printed out a receipt for you at the table. It made me rethink this particular«chain» of restaurants. And I might go back! Especially for that margarita :-)

Ordered off the lunch menu, chipotle chicken flat bread. Came out raw and took another 35 minutes to get a second soggy one. Not impressed… have had this before and it was awesome. Service not that spectacular either. Usually good.

Can’t tell you how the food was, cause we weren’t served. We were welcomed at the door by three employees, a fourth employee seated us(party of two) and gave us menus. We sat down at 3:40 p.m. The restaurant was not busy at all. Our waiter took our drink order(water) and delivered it in about five minutes. Ten minutes later he walked by and said he’d be right with us. He went to a table near us to take their payment, passed us by again and again said he’d be right with us. He made another trip to the other table and they asked for a bag for their leftovers. He disappeared into the kitchen and we walked out. It was 4:00 p.m., twenty minutes from the time we were seated and our order hadn’t been taken. I MIGHT have understood if they had been busy, but there weren’t more than 10 cars on the parking lot. We won’t be back.

You get what you pay for. I’m not a huge fan of Chili’s but when meeting a bunch of family members this restaurant can offer many different choices to please everyone. Even though they have the healthy options menu they do not offer many great tasting options. I special ordered a Vegetarian Fajita with no sour cream or cheese. I found it odd that they have chicken, shrimp and steak fajitas but no vegetarian option on the menu even though all of them contain the vegetables needed to make the vegetarian option. You have to ask for it specially. When I received my fajitas they were room temperature and the broccoli was way undercooked(almost raw). I think the reason my fajitas were cold was because they served the first half of my table and then did not bring out the rest of our food, mine include, until 15 minutes later. I also asked my waitress if they had hot tea available. She said«Yes». I asked«What kind do you have?» She said«Some off brand kind.» with a chuckle. I did not find it funny but I guess she did. I asked for hot water with lemon instead and every time she had to refill my cup she would say«It may take a minute since I have to go get hot water from the bar.» and«it takes so long to fill this up.» It was like she was backhandedly asking me to change my drink choice. I did not have a great experience here but I will most likely be back because of family outings.
