First of all the guy was supposed to be at my house at noon then calls at 4 and says he’s running late. So when he finally shows up at 5 he takes my fridge apart and says my main control board is bad and could cost up to $ 400. I’ll call you with a price on Monday. The next week around Thursday I call him after no call and he says the parts must have had to be ordered because he don’t have them? Okay how much is it? I told you $ 350. No he did not but anyways to this day over a month never heard anything. I found the evap fan harness unplugged so I clipped it in and it works great. So they ripped me out of $ 68 and I will NEVER do business with them and his name was John by the way

Called Appliance Repair Master after getting an estimate from Sears repair service that was unbelievably high to repair my Kenmore washer. Technician from Appliance Repair Master not only correctly diagnosed the problem, but was able to do the repair work the same day at a cost that was much more reasonable. I will certainly use this company from now on for all my appliance repair. Timely, efficient and reasonable prices.

Called the west county phone number for this company due to my fridge not cooling. Tech arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad Adaptive Defrost Timer. He said the parts were hard to come by, but he happened to have one on his truck. The kicker, part cost was $ 230. While he was looking for the part on his truck, I googled the part, and found many sellers on ebay and Amazon… in the $ 30 price range. I told him to forget the part. I paid for the service call ($ 68) and ordered and installed the part myself with help from a Youtube video. I think their parts markup is WAY TOO HIGH, but the service call was worth the price for the diagnosis.
