Pizzadili Vineyard & Winery

Loved everything about this place. The property is beautiful and there is plenty of outdoor seating and benches around the pond. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the wines. They have quite a variety of wines, everything from table wine to merlot to riesling. Tastings were $ 5 and bottle prices were very reasonable! We’ll be back!

Loved it. The property is beautiful, the people there are really friendly, and the tasting was good. It was a wonderful time there with friends. We plan to go there every year now. We met the owner, and he was such a sweet man. You can tell that the people who work there truly respect him. This is seriously the perfect place to visit for a relaxing girls weekend.

My fiancé and I came here shortly after our move to Dover and were excited to check out the vineyard. We stopped inside and sampled wine for $ 5 in glasses that we got to keep. The woman working was beyond kind and very knowledgeable about the wines.
The wines that I tried fell a little flat as far as flavor goes. I was looking forward to trying their Strawberry Mist wine as well as a few of their other fruit wines. Personally, I was looking for a well-​balanced wine with a light fruit finish — the Strawberry Mist didn’t give much of a strawberry taste, and the other fruit wines were a little too sweet for me.
After the sampling we walked throughout their property and we were both amazed at how beautiful and well-​maintained everything was. There is a pond with swans and at the back of the property there is a horse that was very friendly.

Don’t miss this hidden gem! The place is gorgeous and the wines are some of best I’ve had. They have their craft perfected!

I ended up at the winery on a road trip down south. The winery was excellent, the tasting room was great! It’s open 12 – 5 pm. Prices are reasonable at on average $ 15 a bottle. I had a wonderful time there!

I came here for a friends wedding reception. The vineyards seemed well taken care of and grounds were in a little need of maintenance. It was a beautiful venue however which took place outside underneath a very large pavilion which also housed a nice bar. There were thunderstorms fore casted for that day so they had vinyl partitions up to protect us from the rain. The food was very excellent and they had cupcakes instead of the usual wedding cake. Some of the best darn cupcakes I have every had by the way. The bathrooms were in a small separate building next to the pavilion and were very neat and clean. I would definitely consider and recommend this venue for any outdoor event.

I attended a private picnic here in the pavilion — the event organizer had rented it out in advance and brought in all kinds of fun stuff for employees and their families to do. It was catered by Pizzadili, and the food and service were great. The grounds are lovely, and I will definitely be back when I have more time to look around and take a tour.
