We provide architectural services for residential and commercial.

We meet with the client and help them analyze their needs, define their budget and design the best solution given their tastes. We create 3d computer models using the latest computer software so they can see what the solution looks like. We then create construction drawings so the Contractor can bid out the project and you can obtain permits if required. We also can provide services during the construction phase of the project to answer questions, process contractor payment requests and help owner evaluate progress of the work.

We provide quotes for services prior to starting work.

History

Established in 1988.

Kurt Useldinger Architects has been serving the Bay Area for 28 years.

His projects are throughout the Bay Area from San Francisco down to Carmel in residential and commercial projects.

Business Owner

Kurt grew up in the Bay Area, graduated Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a professional bachelors in Architecture in 1984. He became a licensed Architect in California in 1987 #18 189.

Kurt also owned and ran «The Architect’s Interior» in Los Gatos from 1992 thru 2007 that focused on great contemporary interior furnishings and architectural services.

Kurt became a licensed Realtor in 2007 providing enhanced real estate services benefitting his Sellers and Buyers with more architecture knowledge and understanding of what can be done.
