At some point the state of California changed the maps for fire danger, which suddenly made my Boulder Creek house very hard to insure. After many calls to other agencies, and having to leave the agency we had used for 20 years because none of their carriers would cover our address, Jim came out and covered us. Same day! It was a stressful time trying to find coverage, but Jim’s office offered fast and great service. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them.
