Business Owner

I obtained a BFA from Kutztown University in 1997. Since then I have continued to create art, furniture, and numerous design projects. I have always found that I am the happiest when I’m using my hands to create, build, and fix things. I also enjoy listening to and playing music. I was a performing musician for many years as well. I owned and ran a retail furniture shop at the West Shore Farmers Market where I sold one-​of-​a-​kind furniture, art, and home décor.

I have 10 years experience in the construction field. I worked as a commercial construction materials inspector for about 4 years. I tested footer bottoms, soil compaction, concrete, grout, mortar, structural steel, fire proofing, and worked on a soil probe drill rig. I spent the last 6 years learning and honing my home improvement/​handyman skills with a contractor friend of mine who has 30 years experience in the contracting field.
