Dave is a smart plumber and does high quality work for a fair price. I used him to clean up the mess the others left behind and to install a new washer dryer hook up, kitchen sink, bathroom vanity install, whole house filter install and replace much of my old galvanized drain pipes. I will use him again and highly recommend him. Get him before he retires.

We have had Dave out to clear out the main drain to our septic tank twice. He is incredibly nice and punctual if not early which is greatly appreciated when your toilets are backing up. He comes off hours, weekends, you name it, and he does fast efficient work at a fair price. Our washer drain has been backing up lately and he responded to my email promptly and will be coming out at the time I requested and I have no doubt whatsoever that my problem will be fixed quickly and affordably. Knowing he is around makes me feel confident that we will never have any major problems with our plumbing.

We recently had our kitchen faucet replaced. My wife called Dave from DPS plumbing and he responded immediately. He listened to what my wife wanted. He came on time and had picked out the faucet that we had described. He installed it in a timely manner and was extremely professional overall. I’m very happy with my experience with DPS, but it was not a very complicated job. Still I want to give them props. I called and the very friendly receptionist took my info and got a return call right away on what I thought was most likely a small problem. He said he’d be here w/​in the hour and he was actually here in 15 min. It turned out to be super simple for Dave and they were done in less than 15 min after I spent time and money on stupid stuff like brand-​name drain cleaners and plunging to no avail. Dave and Todd were clean and put down a blanket to protect my floor. He even took off an old ugly faucet filter and replaced my faucet head for free. Thank guys.

Dave did a great job. He called and asked if he could show up early, which is rare and worked out well for me. Come to find out Dave is my neighbor, which was a welcomed bonus. I highly recommend DPS plumbing.

When I came home to a flooded bathroom and kitchen tonight, Dave was super quick to respond. He was at my house in less than an hour (at 7:30 on a Saturday night), and he was great! Super, super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had been worried the toilet and shower would be out of commission tonight, but Dave had everything fixed and even cleaned up in 20 minutes. So glad I’ll know exactly who to call next time!

At least a half dozen more times, DPS has come through on some home and work disasters (last minute and often after-​hour jobs). Quality work, done the right way the first time, and just professional and nice about getting the calls. Also– Dave does run gas pipes for propane in addition to typical water-​related plumbing. He is simply the best and most responsive around.

We’ve used Dave multiple times in the past few months and he is always quick, efficient, reasonable and most importantly extremely kind! He truly is the nicest guy! He just came by to look at my dishwasher that isn’t draining within 30 minutes of me calling. Unfortunately it’s a part problem so I have to call Sears but I appreciated him trying and he didn’t even charge me a visit fee. Thanks Dave! Your awesome!

My testimony:
I was in desperate need of a plumber on a Monday night. At 4:30pm my kitchen sink clogged and then water backed up. I tried plunging, but more water backed up though the drain. I was really worried it would continue to do so and actually overflow. Well, I spent about half an hour calling local business and leaving messages. No one was open. Dave got back to me and told me he could come by within the hour. In the meantime, a second company actually got back to me. When I asked about they after hour rate, they quoted over double what Dave quoted (and charged me) for the first hour. Naturally, I told them I wasn’t interested and looked forward to hiring Dave. He showed up as promised around 6pm (I didn’t call him until after 5pm), checked my clog, retrieved the appropriate tool from his truck (a power snake), and cleared my drain in about 10 minutes with virtually no mess.
It turned out that living in a condo means I share a drain with other units and my upstairs neighbor’s water was backing up my sink when I wasn’t running water. There was a clog somewhere further down our shared line, which Dave easily removed. I’ve had to hire a plumber once per year since moving to my condo and now I know why! It wasn’t necessarily me causing the clogs. so nice to finally learn that. Dave also answered the 100 «why» questions my toddler had. :-)
I only wish I had learned of DPS the first time I had a clog. He’s reasonably priced and deserves the business.

Called in the morning, Dave called back (yay!) and was able to come out quickly. Fixed the problem quickly and professionally.
