We are a firm of ISA Certified Arborists, specializing in non-​invasive, environmentally minded tree care. Our arborists are hired not just for there knowledge of trees, but for their passion. A client’s first contact with us begins with a comprehensive on-​site evaluation of all trees and shrubs, to develop a tree management plan to prioritize future tree care operations.

History

Established in 2004.

Tree Resource was founded out of a need for quality tree care to be performed. The tree service industry has typically focused on tree removal rather than tree care. Tree Resource has focused instead on expert pruning and unbiased consulting services. All of the staff at Tree Resource are qualified and credentialed arborists. Our founder, Zeb Haney, is a Board Certified Master Arborist and member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists.

Business Owner

Zeb Haney is a second generation arborist. After rediscovering a love for trees in his late 20’s he committed to a new career as an Arborist. Besides operating Tree Resource, since 2004, Zeb is an instructor with Arboriculture Canada Training and Education (ACTE) and North American Training Solutions (NATS). «I believe that being actively involved with educating and supporting the tree care industry at a high level makes me a better Arborist,» says Zeb. Zeb Haney is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, # PN-​5840B and member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists (ASCA). He also holds certifications as a Tree Risk Assessor, Tree Climber, Faller Technician, and Rescue Technician. He is also involved in the International Tree Climbing Championships as a local judge and occasional competitor.
