Can’t speak to their work as we can’t see it so we’ve got to trust they’ve done a decent job. As for their professionalism and customer service, it’s atrocious!
Will not recommend them and will not do business with them in the future.

James came highly recommended from some experienced friends in Ballard, including one whose husband is a contractor. They had hired him to do all kinds of masonry work and were very impressed.
I needed help because my chimney and south wall leaked terribly during last winter’s monsoon (s). I couldn’t have asked for anything more! James and his crew were lovely to work with, the price was very fair, and the repair work itself is excellent — top notch, in fact.
Masonry is such highly skilled and specialized work that experience really matters. James has been doing this for decades and really knows his stuff. If you have a leaky old brick house like I did, then James the «brick doctor» is your man!
