Tender Care Mobile Grooming

This is the first time in my life leaving any type of review. I have 2 very challenging Yorkies and a Chihuahua. I don’t trust just any one to groom them, so when my old groomer who used to let me stay in the room with them left, I couldn’t find another groomer in my area who would allow that. I found these two lovely lady’s and they came out to my home (prompt, at that). Best experience ever! I had a blast talking and getting to know these sisters! I felt like a friend! Made me feel so comfortable and relaxed with them both! They are lovely souls to say the least! I will be using them for as long as they will allow it, as I said before calling my dogs challenging is an understatement! And at that my dogs did the best they ever have, they could feel the calmness and sincerity in these two ladies! If your looking for people who actually care about your pets and you yourself they are definitely the ones for you!!!

I have two Australian Shepherds with tons of hair! Gentle, kind, loving and reasonable fee’s. My dogs love them!

Debbie and JoAnn are amazing! We have an aging little cockapoo lady who has diabetes, is blind, has some skin issues, and is sensitive to grooming. Our previous groomer retired and referred us to Tender Care. This was the best referral that we could have received! These ladies are truly professional, personable, and really seem to love my dog. This is really important to me! We bathe her before they come to groom and it works out perfectly. It only takes ½ hour to 45 minutes for her grooming, which really helps my dog’s anxiety. I think that their calm environment, capable hands and awareness of her needs help as well!

I started as a client of Tender Care’s a decade ago, when I lived in the Federal Way area and had 3 dogs (90 lbs, 35 lbs, and 12 lbs) of different breeds and levels of furriness. Joann and Debbie did a wonderful job with all 3 of them, taking into account their different personalities and haircut types. I have many great memories of the «kids» being bathed and clipped in their customized RV. They were prompt as can be, reliable, and it was wonderful to be able to support such hard working female entrepreneurs.
While living in the Bay Area, I sadly had to take leave of their services. My former next door neighbor, however, started using their services for her dog shortly before I moved away, and still uses them now, almost 6 years later!
After relocating to Seattle a year ago, I bemoaned the fact that I was now residing outside of their service area. We made it work by agreeing to meet about halfway between Federal Way and Seattle. Two of my three dogs have now crossed over to the Rainbow Bridge, but Tender Care treats my little senior terrier gal wonderfully. Joann and Debbie are still as caring, prompt, and reliable as they were 10 years ago and I plan to be a client for as long as I am a dog owner.

Patient, openly affectionate, and sharing our deep love for the four-​legged family members, they can convince the most cautious of dogs to relax during the grooming. On-​time, convenient, and very affordable, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else — ever.

I called Tender Care to have them come groom my senior cocker spaniel, Bailey. From the moment I first contacted them to schedule the appointment, they were extremely pleasant and great to work with. Joanne, whom I scheduled the appt with, called the morning of Bailey’s appt to confirm my one hour appt window, and again while they were on route to my location to give me an accurate time of arrival. Very much appreciated!
Both Joanne, and her sister Debbie, were wonderful with my anxious senior pup… which meant the world to me, as I can be a somewhat nervous mom myself. :) Bailey’s grooming was fast (about an hour) and she looks and smells wonderful. Most importantly, I didn’t have to leave Bailey at a shop for several hours in a cage. Bailey was happy as can be prancing about after her groom as to say, «look at how pretty I am».
I highly recommend Tender Care Mobile Grooming, and will definitely be using their services again. A BIG THANK YOU JOANNE & DEBBIE!

Debbie and JoAnn are great! They’ve always been on time — head to do with a mobile business. Prices are reasonable. Mostly, though, they are kind and gentle with the dogs. Having two groomers is easier on the dog as they can trade off holding, trimming, or giving out treats. Our westie can be temperamental but Debbie and JoAnn know just how to work with him. Plus they are pleasant and fun to talk to. We highly recommend them!

WOW!!! I cannot say enough good things about these gals and their operation. My 17 yr old white Lab is very old and very large and does not take baths very well at all. But Debbie and JoAnn took excellent care of her, and she was very happy and relaxed the whole time. They were extremely reasonably priced, right on time, and totally self-​sufficient in their mobile RV. I will definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a mobile groomer. You ladies ROCK!!!
