Subway

We have used this Subway for ordering lunch for our staff meetings for a few years. Usually there is no problem, we drop off our order the morning of the meeting and pick up our order 2 – 3 hours later. 90% of the time it is made correctly.
At the most recent visit, I opted to drop off the staff order the night before. However, I was told by the young employee at the counter that they could not fill the order for pickup at the appointed time because they already had a large order (30 box lunches) for the next day. Ok, I understand, and that’s fine. But then the employee at the counter yells to a co-​worker in the back to write down the manager’s home phone number so I can call her at home and see if it was ok to leave another large order for the following day.
I don’t know if the manager is aware her employees are giving out her home phone number to random people. As a business professional, this makes me a little nervous and uncomfortable. Private information should not be handed out to anyone who walks in the door. If they wanted to ask the manager re: my order, they could have called her themselves.
I did take the order to another Subway location, and they gladly had our order of 15 custom footlongs ready at the appointed time, no problems.

Worst customer service every time. But this time was just ridiculous. They are always rude and I won’t be going back. Learn how to be nice to customers.

So we just walked out this subway the only two guys working were RUDE!!! They were rushing us when there was there was no one else I’m the building. They were talking shit about what we were wearing just because it wasn’t their team. I think I even heard one whisper «dyke» right when we turned our backs. My wife is here defending our country and you can’t just smile and make us a fuxking sandwich. Not sure if they really don’t take coupons or if they said it to be rude but they didn’t. I’ll never come here and never recommend it. No way!

You’ve been to one Subway, you’ve been to all. This particular location’s wait time here is pretty quick but the customer service isn’t very great. The cleanliness of this location is pretty moderate. There’s plenty of parking which is always nice.

It’s says closing at 11 pm but when we arrived 10:40 pm, it already closed. It’s awful for this store not updating info

This is a normal subway as far as food. Just the smallest one I’ve been too. The meat quality is so-​so. The cuts are paper thin so load up on the vegetables and I use southwest sauce on everything because the sandwiches lack flavor. I think the meat is tasteless. Therefore, if you like overpriced sandwiches subway is your shop.

I go to subway to get breakfast on wed and thurs and go to my wife’s work so her, our 10 month old and I can eat together as a family. she always gets the sunrise melt. it was still on the menu, but the manager monica said «they no longer have the sunrise, but I can make you a ham and bacon». I was in a hurry so said «ok». looking down at the ingredients, i asked if that was turkey and she said yes. I said isn’t that a sunrise, ham bacon and turkey? she said she could add it. She ended up charging me for a ham plus bacon plus turkey on both when the sunrise was still on the menu. my total was $ 19 for 2 sandwiches! she had a horrible attitude… like she was completely over her job and was completely miserable. i didn’t make issue of it because i would have lost time with my wife, but it was wrong to advertise you offer something on the menu and just say you don’t have it, overcharge for the same thing, especially when all the ingredients are right in front of you. I will not be going back to subway because of this.

This is our local subway restaurant and it’s ok. The staff are usually at least pleasant, but it ticks me off that you are stuck with only four options for the kids sandwiches. Is it that hard to hack a chicken breast in half for a small sandwich?
This particular location is a bit small so it’s not good for small groups. The parking lot is very busy, but there’s usually lots of parking. It gets very crowded at lunch time, so be prepared to wait in line for a bit.

Check your receipt before you leave… I ordered a simple, 6 in sub meal and was charged for two drinks. The worker didn’t argue it, but was only going to give me back the cash for the drink without tax (so what if I’m cheap– I work hard for my $$ and they screwed up). When I pointed out that fact she then decided she needed my credit card back to re-​ring it. So, it got resolved, but I just wonder how many people this happens to and they don’t catch it.
Food and cleanliness was par for the chain.

My friendly neighborhood subway! The folks here are clean, fast and friendly. I’m pretty sure I’ve had every single menu item at least once, but my usual these days are the meatball sub on wheat with olives and peppers. This place is great for a quick lunch or if you have to feed a car-​full of hungry people.

what can I say if you have eatten at one subway you have eatten at them all .
I normally get a veggy sandwhich with evrything with out picles and watch the people try to close it and wrap it up .
the food is alright if you get the five dollar foot long anything over that price latly is crazy .
if you make it a lunch deal that is still a good price .
make sure you dont go withany one who likes to talk to them self out loud other wise you may just drive yourself nuts, since around here ther already is alot of people talking to themselves out loud

We like Subway for healthy lunch or dinner option.
My kids love the Subway for any of our meals when ever we have a chance to go we do. They’re great choice for any meal. Even better option if your watching your calories.
I’ve been into the cold cut combo these days but it varies depending on what I feel like. I like mine toasted.
This subway is pretty popular around any meal time.
In the past i’ve called in large orders of 10 – 13 subs the night before for early morning pick up if we needed to plan for lunches on the go or at a job in advance for several people.
I’ve done that twice with this Subway and it was on time and ready for pick up each time.
seems like a pretty efficient and clean store.

I’ve been in to this Subway a few times, and it’s not that bad. It’s small compared to some other Subways. This particular trip took awhile to get my sandwich because the person in front of me had 2 footlongs and decided to customize each half of them. The line grew longer behind me. When it was my turn, the employee apologized for the wait and got my order started.
It was good to get a little apology because of the wait, even though it wasn’t their fault. For that, I give them credit.
