I am so happy we decided to use this company services to move us from WA state to Arizona.
Dave the manager in WA was so nice and went beyond to make arrangements so our movers would arrive when we were ready for them in Arizona .
Jose packed everything so well, specifically all my art work and breakables and so far every piece arrived intact.
Joe and Clint are the best movers I’ve ever had, so professional, careful and knowledgeable on how to protect the furniture so it does not get damaged at all during the transfer.
Today they arrived in AZ and unloaded all the items we wanted at our house and also at the storage unit we rented, Joe, Clint and Jack worked so hard from 10 am till 7 pm under the rain at times, the heat and the humidity. They really are professional and great guys.
All I can say is «thank you very much for your hard work» and definitely we will use Olympic anytime we move again (hopefully not soon).

don’t know about those reviews in the past, but easily the best mover I have used in my 5 professional moves… from Dave the manager, to Jose the packer, to Joe and Clint the drivers, have never had more conscientious and courteous people.
Rarely do I ever give a 5 star rating, but these people deserve it!
Now I understand why they won the contract to haul the Seahawk equipment and many of the players into their new homes!

Lady on the phone was extremely unhelpful. She said they would require 3 men to move a 450lb item that would not even be going up any stairs and I could probably move myself. Every mover I have had, 2 men could easily move it, but they want hte extra $$$. She also said you are not allowed to move any items yourself when movers are there, because you could hurt yourself. No thanks, if I want to save money and help move things next (not in) the truck, I will do so! It appears other people also have had bad experiences with this place.

We used them a second time and boy was it a different experience. They broke our side table and bathroom cabinet table. All they said was to call the office to see what could be done, which he said was probably nothing. Mind you we moved from Tacoma to about twenty miles away, wasn’t even a big move. Then when we tipped them in the end he said to keep his tip because he broke our table. Wow. Thanks.

TERRIBLE company. We are a military family and the Navy sent them to pack up our house in WA to move to CA. During the pack up the mover that was packing up our living room wrapped and packed our PS3 and WII, and put the Serial Numbers on the box like they are supposed to with high value items. But with our XBOX 360 with Kinect he stated it was in a box with our couch pillows and blankets, and the box did not have a serial number written on it like the other systems. When we asked WHY he stated «its not high value item». When we arrived in CA and we emptied all our boxes, the «pillows and blankets» had only that in it, and the XBOX 360, ALL POWER AND TV CABLES, CONTROLLER, KINECT, and KINECT GAME was missing. The only other items that were missing were big rubbermaid totes and curtain rods that were packed up loose.
I called the company to see if we could get an investigation started and by their rep Tami, she said it would be «all on the driver».
They also were HORRIBLE packers. They would put fragile NON REPLACEABLE items in with heavy items causing breakage. They broke 3 laptops due to not wrapping them up properly and putting a heavy UPS Power Supply ontop of them. DISHONEST AND INEXPERIENCED!

Very Unprofessional Moving Company. Doesn’t keep their time estimates — We were scheduled for a Monday morning pick up. They called 3 times on Monday giving us a different time frame. We had taken off of work for no reason. They wanted to show up to move at 6 PM finally which didn’t work for us because we had to drive to Portland that night so we arranged for a Tuesday morning pickup. We drove back to Kent on Tuesday morning and again we received several phone calls delaying the move until 1:30 PM. The movers they sent were untrained and would pile my boxes clearly marked FRAGILE under the boxes clearly marked HEAVY. They used handtrucks to pile the fragile boxes on and bounced them up and down stairs. Bait & Switch — They also gave us a quote that they verbally assured us was good for 4000 lbs. & then after they left called us to say we owed them another 800 (they provided us with the original estimate of 3000 lbs, since they were the moving «experts» we took them at their word) Since they were holding our belonging hostage, there wasn’t much we could argue about. They also charged us $ 287 for «extra» moving services — 3 wardrobe boxes, wrapping blankets are 3 pieces of furniture and wrapping plastic around a mattress.
