My name is Rashida Gaye. I am a Penn State Graduate and also a Certified NLP Life Coach, Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Reiki Practitioner. I believe in helping people to improve their lives from the inside out. I use Hypnotherapy, NLP techniques, and Reiki to first work with the real driver in your life, your unconscious mind. This work will help you to release your limiting beliefs and emotional blocks. I also incorporate action planning to work with your conscious will.

The stumbling blocks along your journey to successfully achieving your goals can be eliminated. I am passionate about helping my clients to do the work that it takes to live a life of Self-​Love, Passion, Purpose, and Abundance.

I offer an initial 60 minute complimentary Discovery Session to learn all about how I can help you to achieve your dreams. If you are local to the Seattle area, we can meet in person in my office in the Federal Way area. If not we can talk via email, Skype, FaceTime or phone. I help
