I’ve been here a few times. Jessi is a huge help. I brought my cue there and thought I needed a new shaft due to all the dings in it. She recommended me to just have her repair it. WOW once I got it back (10 minutes later) my shaft felt brand new!!! Thank you so much.
Today I brought my cousin there to buy his first cue. As always, she is very helpful. She helped him find the one that best suits him.

Jessi is awesome plain and simple, she does great work. on my cues, alwaya has a new trick or shot to bring up when i visit, and i can listen to her stories for hours. I will always have her do work on my cues. Cant recommend enough.

I can’t say enough good things that haven’t already been posted. I went in to have her look at my vintage Adams cue and before I knew it the shaft was refinished and had a new tip with complete professionalism. So just go there for any questions or help. Period!!!

Me and my friend went there to buy our second cue (at least more expensive than our first). Jessica, the owner, she taught us many things about cues and about some tricks and skills in billiard. Jump, english, posture, cushion tricks. We learnt a lot at that time. We end up bought McDermott and Viper cues. Those all are in good price range.

I’ve been playing pool for as long as I have been with my husband. Of those three years, it seems every serious pool players knows of this place and loves it. I came here to get my very first pool cue back when I was a SL2 in APA. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. I expected it to be as dodgy as the bars we play in.
Jessi has an awesome selection of pool cues. Her tables are there to shoot balls for the cues you’re interesting in purchasing. It’s not for playing. Have respect for the woman. She’s operating a business here, not a pool hall. She’s really adamant about you feeling all the cues. If you ask her how something should be or feel, she gives you what seems like a non-​answer, but she wants you to try her merchandise out to make sure you don’t come back to get a new one.
Incredibly knowledgeable woman about cues, products, brands, and even trick shots. She showed me a four rail shot to sink a ball if the cue ball was sitting in a pocket with the eight ball. I’ve only encountered that shot once in a real pool match. Wish I remembered it.
Anyways, she’s very fair. She doesn’t try to rip you off. The pool community is small. She has no reason to pull a fast one on you, especially since her name is so well known within the King and Snohomish counties.
If you need repairs done on your cue, she does a great job at a fair price. :)
My entire pool team usually make a trek down here from Snohomish/​North King County probably once every other season for repairs, stocking up on chalk, buying new toys, and seeing which tournaments are coming up. We always run into people we know from league here.
Also, Jessi has like an insider tip about what leagues and tournaments are happening around in the area. If you want to know what’s happening in the pool leagues, ask her. You’ll probably see her there.
P. S. The dog loves attention. Give her some and she will follow you around all over the store.

wish we had somewhere like this back home in HI. they have a pool table in house so you can try any cue you want and see how it hits before your purchase. they have tons of accessories i’ve never even seen before!
Purchased a Schmelke wood to wood joint cue for a reasonable price. she even threw in joint protectors, and a cloth bag to hold the cue b/​c i had mentioned i’d have to take it back home to HI. she wrapped up the cue best she could so it would survive the trip!
i also purchased an Ultimate tip tool, Q-​claw, and a plastic holder for extra chalk.

There is no better place in the general Seattle area to buy a new cue or get a cue repaired. Jessi is a wonderful character who won’t sell you but patiently gives you all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Jessi (and team) will always take great care of customers, and their equipment. I have moved over 1200 miles away and still seek Billiards911 out for all of my equipment needs. Great prices, great products, great people.

Addendum: If you’ve got a high end used cue still in good playing shape and looking for someone to help you find a buyer for it, ask Jessie to tap into her network of contacts to help you pair up. She’ll most likely say yes, as she did for me, but be sure your equipment is a high quality brand and doesn’t look like you’ve spent the last few years slamming it against the side of a pool table.
