I’ve only been here a couple of times for facials, but I love it already! Irina is the only aesthetician and she’s amazing! Both times I’ve been here I’ve gotten a microdermabrasion with extraction. It’s ver relaxing until the extraction part which is never really pleasing anywhere you go, but she does a great job with it. My skin feels great right after, but doesn’t start to show improvements until maybe a few days after. My only issue with this place is the parking. It’s right next to a yoga studio and they have a small parking lot so if you make an appointment at the same time as a yoga session you’ll have a hard time parking. But I called the spa and one of the employees was sweet enough to move her car so that I could park.

Well… this is disappointing. For starters, I booked a 90 minute massage at 5:15…I waited in the front area for a few minutes and it would be generous of me to say my massage started even by 525… yet somehow I had finished my massage and was dressed and paying by 6:42…I had to point out there was no possible way it had been a 90 minute massage even if they started the second I walked in the door.
Outside of that, the massage was horrible. I honestly question my massage therapists background and prior experience.
Previously I’ve always been happy here but this was the worst massage ever and the fact they tried to charge full price for something where they not only cut the time but it was just a bad massage…
I will not be returning.

Had a facial with Irina a few months ago and she did an amazing job. My skin felt so clean and soft, and what makes it so amazing is the fact that my face was actually clean and soft the next day. I love the products that was used on me, will definitely return for a second facial.

I HIGHLY recommend Good For You Massage! It’s a great place, the people are friendly, it’s a reasonable price and the massage is wonderful. I had Tiffany and she was amazing. I went in because of pain in the middle of my back that was causing me to have a stiff neck and made normal movements like getting in and out of my car hard. She took the time to focus on that area while still giving me a full body massage in my 50 minute session. She explained what causes knots in our backs and ways to keep such painful trigger points from forming. She recommended what types of massages would be good for me in the future (I’m a newbie to the whole massage scene) and was so helpful and knowledgable about her practice. I know I’ll be going back! I left feeling 10x better than when I walked in and the next day I still continued to feel better, now (2 days later) the pain is gone! This was great alternative to going to the clinic and taking medicine to get rid of my back pain.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and inviting. The masseuse do an awesome job and it’s well worth your money.

Great Valentine’s Day experience!!!
I have been going to Good for You Massage off and on since around 2008 – 2009 (when they were in their old location) and I am very happy with the customer service and quality of services I have received, I always leave feeling much better than I went in. Although I don’t often take the effort to post reviews, my experience yesterday made it worth the effort!
First, the effort Tabitha and her staff put into creating a special experience for Valentine’s Day was far above average and it made my day! As soon as I drove up I saw balloons, window decals, and a Happy Valentine’s Day message on the white board. After I walked in I was greeted with Happy Valentine’s Day and offered refreshments and Valentine’s Day candy. The office was absolutely beautiful, they had several areas with different types of candy and a refreshment bar. Even the treatment room was decorated with window and mirror decals and I had several pieces of candy placed on my bed. I had planned to take a picture but my phone died during my massage.
Jordan was my massage therapist, this was the second time I had seen her and both times I felt that she actively listened to my concerns and coordinated my treatment in order to give me long lasting results. She was great at deep tissue treatment and I left feeling extremely relaxed.
It’s not just on special occasions that the Good For You team delivers superior service, they always have tea and hard candy available in the lobby and you are always sent home with a bottle of water. Other therapists that I felt provided excellent deep tissue massage and I have seen at least 2 – 3 times are Patty, Mandi, Tyesha, and Meghan. I don’t believe that I have seen the current esthetician (s) but I have previously had both facial and body treatments and was very satisfied with the quality of treatment and the products that they used.

Love this awesome place. Tabitha runs a tight ship with some AMAZING hands. Positive and upbeat staff. Clean and relaxing environment. They always are running on time and are often able to squeeze me in at last minute notice. The only problem is that my boyfriend goes twice a week and I’m totally jealous!

Location is unobtrusive, not hectic and it’s super cute. It was my mom and I first time at the day spa and we are very satisfied. Amber was our therapist/​Esthetician and she did a very good job. Thank you!

i was here about a month ago and mandy was my therapist. I came to her after having a muscle spasm in my back. Had 90min of deep tissue, she did an amazing job and within a few days I felt sooo much better. Thanks gurl, I will be back for sure!

I have been going to this place for several months now and I can say that I am satisfied. The location is pretty good (not too busy) and I never re ally run into any problems. This business basically gets five stars because the customer services is adequate, and mainly because my regular therapist, Meghan (sp), is amazing. She puts my body at ease all the time and has very nice techniques. I have been a fan of massages for YEARS, and she is by far the best I’ve had. I get water on my way out, and I’m not bothered by anyone. This place will continue to get my business.

I love going here. They have a wide variety of masseuses (massiah? Meese?). I love the new location. They help heal my ailing body. And the atmosphere is wonderful. :)

I just had a massage here last week. I decided to just go with a relaxing massage this time and Heather used just the right amount of pressure, it felt great! She also used hot stones which I think is included in all massages at no extra cost! What a treat. The new location is really nice and quite a bit more convenient to get to. Keep up the good work!

Nice clean place and massage therapist was OK. I am the type that likes it super deep and that didn’t happen here. Actually, that rarely happens at all so… It is hard to find a good massage therapist that really «feels the muscles» and breaks up the knots. When you find the right one, don’t let her go! Overall, good value and professional. Oh, by the way, when you know of a good one, let me know too! My back is killin me!
