Took in a pair of pants to be cut and sewn on Monday. The lady told me it was supposed to be done on Saturday by 11am. I showed up on Saturday at 1pm and pants can’t be found. I help the lady look and it turns out the pants has been cut but not sewn. They now tell me its going to be Monday before its done. Very poor service and turnaround time not as promised. I will not be coming back.

A very friendly atmosphere and they are willing to work with you to make your clothing fit you perfectly. I went back for 3 fittings and we ghot it all right. the prices are fair and they really take the time to explain what they need to do and why. Very nice ladies.

Very professional! Very friendly neighborhood service!:) love this place! If you bring any piece of work, they’ll fix it no questions asked; I’d say very very professional staff. The owners name is Luda, but I usually bring my clothes to Olga Ryzh. We are satisfied we the professional service! My wife had a designer wedding dress and she was too short to fit; Olga did an amazing job alterating the dress to a perfect fit! We were surprised.

Luda is AMAZING! I have been a customer since 2008. I have taken at least 10 pieces of clothing a year to her (pants, cocktail dresses, formal gowns) and have always been pleased with the results. This past summer I was the maid of honor in a wedding and had a very difficult dress (with a train) that needed to be altered. Not only did she empathize with me that the dress did not fit well, but she took a really difficult dress that did not look good and actually made it fit on me! Thanks to Luda and her team. I now live in Bellevue and still drive down to see her — Luda is that good. I always refer my family and friends to make an appointment with her!

wow, just read the other 2 reviews. I can’t believe its the same place .I went there yesterday at the suggestion of my neighbor who has gone there for a long time — i had a pair of $ 200 slacks hemmed — they did an outstanding job — quick and a great price. My neighbor has taken many many pieces to be taken in /​let out /​hemmed /​overhauled: -) and has never had a problem.
