Doc was great. Problem is the need to join the 21st century. How bout a website and the ability to pay online. Pay by mail or check is just not realistic anymore. If you cannot determine what the payment is going to be while we are there and you offer no way to pay you, then maybe you need to stop expecting to get paid, or get with the rest of the world. The response of «you will need to just bring in the payment then» is unacceptable.

I love the Doctors beside manners. He is very nice and explained my granddaughter situation clearly. I would return in the future.

Dr. Shelley is perfectly nice, as is the reception staff, and they do a great job with little kids (except for not having a changing table in their bathroom). The reason for the low rating is their billing department – a disorganized disaster. They took 8 months to bill me the first time around, and sent the wrong code to my insurance multiple times. Took almost a year and over a dozen phone calls to their office and my insurance co. to get it figured out. Total headache.

Great eye doctor for the whole family! They have TV & fish tank to entertain the kiddie as well as some in room eye toys to catch their attention and check their vision easier. Staff is pretty nice & friendly too!
