European Food and Deli

Dirty and no service at all!
I wanted to spend money there but it was impossible!
I haven’t found anything what usually is any any good European store.
Very disappointed

I am beyond sad to have to write this review. I was so excited to see it open! The store was bright shiny and new! Well stocked? I spent almost $ 200 on groceries for the holiday season.
Most of it very good, but avoid most of the frozen dumplings in the end freezer and the good Canadian bread flour is on the floor in a backroom area that seems in progress.
Ok so on New Years Eve I go to open what I thought was a nice Coppa and happened to look at the expiration date! I usually do! This was a brand new store so duh I made a freaking assumption! Well This meat had a tag saying «Sell By Jan 06, 97» (I have a picture but am not sure how to post it) label error or not I grew up where this food comes from. I would not even if I thought it was an error serve anything to me or mine that said the «Sell By» was 97! I was not there when the meat was packed and barely trust those stickers anyway! So no I did not serve it I took it back when I needed more flour and treats for the little kids. Customer service is so important. Especially in this tough time. BE NICE if you want my money.
Do not gush just be reasonable. We had to talk to the manager who had three back and forth phone calls over one piece of Coppa they sold me with the wrong date and refused me anything. We refused the meat back.
If you treat people like they are at fault when they find your mistake offer something or loose a customer who tends to spend more than they should on food!
Nurture your customers! I have now spread the word to my friends that Friendly Market in Tacoma is still the best. Avoid this place or Check the packages close

I am bummed and this store lost me for good! I know they re stamped what I left and resold it!
