Comfort Dental

Got me right in diagnosed and treated right away. I am a tough reviewer when it comes to customer service and was very pleased from start to finish. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a new dentist.

My dentist is Dr. Lilley and my hygienist (and filling-​filler) is Amy. They are both very good at what they do. Even though the dentist is never comfortable, they do their very best to try and make it comfortable. It is very easy to carry a conversation with each of them.

First visit and very impressed. Clean, efficient and great staff. Dr Brooks was great. Had a extraction and it was painless and after care went great. Highly recommend.

Will definitely be back! Originally went in for a cleaning and exam. I saw Dr. Lilly who was very sweet, professional, and comforting. I have since been back twice for cavity fillings. Everyone from the receptionist to the assistants were so helpful and pleasant to work with. I had minimal pain and they explained every step of the way. I was able to find an appointment time that worked for me, and will continue to go there for routine maintenance and any dental emergencies!

I chose this Dental office because they accept state insurance. So I went in for a routine check up and cleaning. The dental assistant proceeded to take x-​rays and I noticed they where retaking x-​rays in the location multiple times, a minimum of 16 X-​rays in total. When the dentist finished the examination, I felt like they didn’t take the time to fully tell explain what was the status of my teeth. They recommend that I have some filings done but didn’t show me on which teeth they would be done on. Overall I didn’t feel comfortable. I felt like this establishment was just trying to get me in and out of the door as fast as possible and move on to the next patient so they can collect the states money.

After reading the reviews, I decided to take my mother to Comfort Dental. She was experiencing pain in her teeth and needed the recommended care. The receptionist was very sincere; however the dental assistants were horrible to my mother and myself. The first assistant didn’t want to take an XRAY of my mothers teeth. She kept on claiming that my mothers mouth isn’t wide enough. She had the worst attitude and stormed off to complain to her fellow dental assistant that my mother isn’t co-​operating. She made remarks to her co-​worker. They made us wait half an hour after approaching the dentist to tell him to tell us that we should go some place else because they can’t help my mother at that dentistry. I observed other patients being examined and it seemed like my mother and myself were being discriminated against being there. Everyone else were treated with respect. I would never go back there, and I don’t recommend anyone to pay their way for services that come with a pathetic disrespectful attitude.

I hadn’t been to the dentist for almost 7 years due to anxiety/​insurance issues and Dr. Brooks did a good job of keeping me comfortable and letting me know exactly what the plan is and answered all my questions.
However, when I had my first appointment to begin working on my teeth they forgot a filling and when the numbness wore off I was already home and had to call and ask why it wasn’t done. something to do with the way it is billed, it was forgotten.
Then I went back to get my permanent crown placed and it was chipped in transit to the office and he couldn’t get it to fit so we had to start the process all over again and now I have to wait 3 more weeks to get it done.
Overall everyone is very friendly and does a wonderful job but it’s definitely not free of annoyances.

I came in with a toothache. I didn’t have an appointment, so I just dropped on by as a walk-​in emergency. The waiting room is nice and spacious with lots of windows. I saw Dr. Lilly, who was super sweet and had excellent bedside manner. The assistant took the x-​rays, and Dr. Lilly quickly diagnosed the cavity and treated my tooth. The process was pretty pain free, and I was there for less than an hour, which is nice when you’re in pain. I would definitely come back to see Dr. Lilly as my regular dentist! The office was maintained well and very clean. Everyone there was really friendly.
