~ Window Cleaning — Also may include cleaning of screens, frames, tracks, sills, dusting of blinds and removal of spider webs and egg sacs around windows. Other glass may be cleaned such as bathroom mirrors, chandeliers, skylights, porch light fixtures, etc.

~ Gutter Cleaning — This service may also include minor repairs or fastening of gutters, clearing clogged downspouts and drains, removing debris from the roof in valleys and crevices.

~ Roof Cleaning — The most effective and up-​to-​date methods of roof moss control are used. Roofs are cleaned gently and by hand. Power washing is not recommended for roof cleaning. All chemicals used are environmentally friendly and will not harm plants or the eco-​system.

~ Pressure Washing — Dirt and grime can also be cleaned from gutter linings, under eaves, and siding. «Soft wash» methods are commonly used when surfaces are fragile or can be easily damaged by pressure.

History

Established in 2003.

After a 4 year enlistment in the US Navy, I decided to pursue life as a civilian. In pursuit of a summer job after attending some college, I came upon a professional window cleaner who impressed me with his fascinating squeegee technique and pristine window cleaning method. It looked like it was fun to do so I agreed to work for him. After much hard work and learning the secrets of the trade, I decided to create my own business in 2003. Since then, I’ve worked with many cleaning companies and professional window cleaners who have helped me build my business to where it stands today, keeping up-​to-​date on the latest methods and techniques for professional cleaning on residential and commercial properties.

I currently live in Federal Way, WA with my lovely wife whom I recently married in May of 2015. I have lived in Washington near the Seattle/​Tacoma metropolitan areas for most of my life. I enjoy playing and studying classical piano music during my free time.
