I can’t believe these internet providers can stay afloat when they’re ripping everybody off. I had a mobile device that I paid a monthly prescription no contract. Closed the account and six months later they sent me to collection for 260.00 dollars. I called to get help on this matter yet they could not look up my account after the old trick of hand off the customer to the next guy and wait for another 15 minutes and they did this to me for about 5 times.

I have been Sitting on the phone now still waiting on hold after 53 minutes. I was promised a $ 258.00 credit to my account by the retention department and received a confirmation number(because of all the bad service bad connections). Apparently the credit was denied by someone else, and no one bothered to let me know so they disconnected the service to my business which required internet for sales transactions. Apparently my time is worth nothing to this company and now after a year of nothing but service calls and problems they try to retain me by giving me a credit that never happened and apparently customer service means ignoring people for and hour while they are on hold. WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER!!! I have so much time on my hands sitting here on hold I will just write bad reviews all over the internet until they return.

My name is Katie and today we switched our main restaurant business line to Century link from Integra. We have a very busy teriyaki restaurant at 1415 east main ave., Puyallup WA. I was promised that there isn’t going to be no interruption with our main line but guess what my phone line has been down all day today. Our main lunch business sales are $ 500 – 700 and most of them comes from the PHONE orders. We lost all of it today. When I called the customer service I was constantly placed on hold and when I ask for a manager I was on hold for more than 20 minutes and then guess what? The line got disconnected. My reference number is 11381. Our phone number is 253−445−1324. After over two hours of reaching out for help I got Chuck, the supervisor and he promised that the line will be fixed or they try to fix it in TWO Hours… And there isn’t any way we would get compensated for the loss we took simple because I switched to this wonderful company called Century link! $ 500-$ 700 of profit was lost. Right now is 2:06 pm and my phone line is still down. I am going to do everything I can do to spread out my negative experience and lack of customer supports with Century link. Please do not use this company they will HURT your business and when you call for help I am pretty sure you will be placed on HOLD. When they answer you will hear… there is nothing we can do or please wait so many hours then we might try to fix your problem. By the way even one star is too much.
