Description

Specialties

Personalized service and great communication. We have found that moving through a real estate transaction can be extremely stressful for all parties involved.

By providing the parties with «status updates» and walking them through the process early on, really takes the mystery out.

We can close just about any type of transaction you have. Right now there seems to be a run of Short Sales and Chapter 7’s are picking up speed as well.

Please don’t hesitate to call with any questions.

History

Established in 2009.

The Company is fresh and new, owned by Julie Booth who started her real estate career in 1978. Julie worked for Land Title Company of Kitsap County for 18 years and then moved to Seattle where she was the Branch Manager of Fidelity National Title downtown Seattle for 7 years. After a brief time at First American Title, she decided that the best way to stay in this game during these crazy years is by opening up her own company.

Feel free to visit the Website of Booth Escrow at www.boothescrow.com for more details of her background, terrific links and sign up for her newsletter while you are there as they offer very good tips on different real estate matters.

It is our goal to make your real estate experience as pleasant as possible.

Meet the Business Owner

Julie B.

Business Owner

Julie began her real estate career by going to work for Bob Dick with Spot Realty in Silverdale in 1978 as a «secretary» for a busy office of 35 agents. Julie remembers what it was like when the Computer Multiple Listing Service came to town (now known as the Northwest Multiple). «Imagine only needing to input the information in one area instead of running jillions of copies of a listing to get out to different agents!»

Land Title Company hired Julie in 1983 in the escrow department where she became a Limited Practice Officer in 1986 and enjoyed working for this company for 18 years.

Julie accepted a position as the Branch Manager for Fidelity National Title Company, downtown Seattle in 2001 and really thrived on the fast paces of the times, leaving that company in 2008.

After a short employment for First American Title, it became increasingly clear that the market would continue to adjust and adjust some more and so Julie decided to open Booth Escrow, LLC.
