Extremely trustworthy honest company. We’ve had B&G Heating company come by to service our commercial heating unit for our restaurant a few times in efforts to fix our inconsistent heating, unfortunately the parts needed to fix our heating unit are extremely uncommon and they were unable to obtain them for us despite their repeated efforts.
Despite the lack of results in their service, they were extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.
My employer and I both agreed that the work done on our heating unit, as well as the synopsis was worth at least $ 300 in labor, but B&G did not charge anything close to that. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Honest businesses like these do not come by easy.

I called these guys and Jerry said he would be over with in the hour. He got here in 40 min. He fixed the heater and recommended a good thermostat for us to pick up and saved us 200.00. He told us how to install the thermostat over the phone when we had trouble deciphering the instructions. thank you guys, You have a lifetime customer and now you are even in my cell phone address book.

Gerry came out and fixed our AC unit he showed up early and the price was fair. I’d use him again

wow. our furnace broke down. Jerry came out within 2 hours on a Sunday! rigged it so it would hold up until the part came in, showed up when he said he was going to and charged a very reasonable rate. would call him again in a minute. also gave us some good tips about not using heat deflectors on our registers. thanks Jerry!

Have used Gerry a number or times now, we are based out of Burien and so impressed with his timeliness, knowledge, and worth ethic. He is ready and available and when it comes to a broken furnace that’s EXACTLY what you need. Amazing customer service, trustworthy guy, I never feel like he’s pulling one over on me. Have used him for a few years now and won’t use anyone else. I highly recommend.

Had an unexpected situation yesterday afternoon — the heating stopped. Called PSE to troubleshoot if it was a new thermostat issue and they scheduled an in-​house service call with this provider. Jerry showed up on time and was quick to diagnosis the problem to be blower motor issue. He waited while I contacted others to compare price and availability. After waiting for 15 minutes, he responded quickly to go buy the parts and replace the blower motor and capacitor to my satisfaction. I would rate him reliable and reasonable.

I have used this company for five years. They are professional, reliable, and honest. I recommend them to my friends and can’t see myself using anyone else. Awesome company; knowledgeable and very easy to deal with.
