My husband and I enjoyed working with Bill and Jackie for our kitchen remodel. They gave us a price quote and a timeline for the project, and both came in less than they estimated. Jackie was very patient with us as we selected materials, and her input was that of someone who knows interior design. Bill and his crew kept our kitchen as clean as possible throughout the remodel. We were very pleased with the final product, and would highly recommend Artisan Design Build for your next project.

Because of a leak in our sunroom, I placed a telephone call on December 5^th to Artisan Design Build (ADB) in Federal Way. I was referred to them by another company as ADB purportedly does repair work on sunrooms/​solariums. I explained the problem to the lady and she was very understanding. We set an appointment for the owner, Bill, to come on Wednesday (¹²⁄₁₀) at 10:00am.
When no one appeared by 10:45am, I called the ABD’s telephone number and explained my concerns to the lady. She apologized and indicated she had forgotten about the appointment. She said she would place it on Bill’s schedule for Thursday (¹²⁄₁₁) for the same time and promised he would be there. So when Bill did not show by 10:30am, I called again and lady stated he must be stuck in traffic. She said she would call him and get right back to me. Not having heard anything by 3:06pm, I tried called the business number. No answer, just voicemail. I left a message. I called again Friday (¹²⁄₁₂) morning and again no one answered or responded to my voicemail.
So, would you want to hire a contractor who acts this way?
They also advertise on the web as «HI-​TECH Solariums»; but this entity hasn’t been licensed since 2009.

Bill and Jackie are outstanding partners. More than just execution, throughout our project they provided great counsel to make our project really awesome. We are pleased with the outcome and Bill and Jackie’s flexibility to deliver a final project all could be proud of. Highly recommend.
