Having my car rear-​ended the day after Christmas sucked. Having any friends who’d give me a ride home out of town for the holidays was icing on the suck cake. Having the tow guy give me a ride home, and help me get my most valuable stuff out of the car before taking it away, that was actually pretty cool.

Of all places to be stranded with a broken water pump on our way home to South Dakota. .. God couldn’t have blessed us with a better auto repair shop than this one! A+ for customer service all the way around. From offering us cookies to beverages, offering a ride anywhere we needed, and having two mechanics work on our car at the same time so we could get back home, and just caring for us overall. .. we haven’t seen such excellence in service in a long, long time. Failing businesses could learn from these folks.

I meant to write this 2 months ago but I’m late! Usually it’s not a good thing when you need towing of any kind. It’s a good things these folks are around to make it easy. The RV I was delivering to Los Angeles broke down on me in the middle of the highway in Denver with cars coming at me and me not able to go faster than 20mph. It was pretty horrifying! I got to the side eventually and sat there for an hour sweating and worrying. The folks here were so nice that the wife/​co-​owner even came to pick me up so I wouldn’t be stuck waiting there even longer without a way to get food/​restroom. At the office, they let me use the phone, outlets, and offered to give me a ride to food. After my unit was towed to the local Mercedes Dealership, the husband/​owner of the company gave me a lift to the dealership as well. I was impressed with how nice they were and actually seemed to care about my well being on the side of the highway. How often can you say that? Next time you’re in a sucky situation where you need a tow, call these guys. They actually care about you!
