Zero stars!!! Richard S. Blum, CRA is sloppy and unprofessional. He made multiple mistakes when attempting to appraise my house. It’s like he was looking at a different house, he’s that dumb!
In three years, according to his new appraisal versus my original upon purchase of the house, my house lost 1 room, 1 permanent porch structure, is worth less than houses with 2 bedrooms even though it has 3, is bounded by imaginary boundaries that don’t exist as he states them, can be compared to houses no where near it but not the ones nearby, and lost $ 75,000 in value, among a ton of other more minor errors.
He is dishonest, and I am pursuing potential follow up for fraud between him and the bank.
